We went to have lunch in this restaurant and we will never be back... The waitress was new(first day working there)...took our drink order and only after 5 minutes came back to ask us ID..we thought ok, he is new so... Took our order..and that is where it started!- We ordered 15 wings with 3 different flavors which one of them was spicy garlic..My friend ordered black bean burger with caso cheese and vegetables..keep in mind that he is vegetarian by religion and believes, he has never tried meat so he doesn`t even know how it tastes...In some time we get our food..We didn`t get our side(carrots) till we asked...after asking we got 10 small carrots with 15 wings??? it should be at least double of that.at least in other Buffalo Wild Wings restaurants..My friend started having his burger and realized that something is weird..he asked me to try his BLACK BEEN burger which was actually made as BEEF burger!!!He is vegetarian and it is VERY big deal for him having meat because of religion..We called the waitress and he agreed that he took order for black bean burger but he said he will go talk to cook..We also told him that 5 of the spicy garlic wings taste like pure buffalo sauce and it is nowhere close to garlic...He took both orders and went to kitchen. He came in about 10 minutes saying that it was beef that they gave to him because cook didn`t understand and our wings had even more buffalo sauce on them..In some time manager Tiffany came and asked how are we doing...we said that it is very bad experience and it is very wrong for vegetarian to serve pure beef burger. She just said that the waitress is new and he has pressed the wrong order on screen..that`s it!!! No apology!!! Nothing!!! She clearly didn`t care! I am manager myself in restaurant and I know that it is not suppose to be handled this way! There is always way to work things out with customers! After discussion with so called manager burger was served again...with BLUE CHEESE!!??? He never ordered blue cheese and he is actually allergic to it!He ordered caso cheese that suppose to be on his burger but instead it was served on the side and charged extra for it! That was too much..we told them to recook the burger...with third attempt burger was burnt and without any fries..we asked to put it in to go box and our bill...we had two separate bills.. First bill was fine and the second one was not charged for BLACK BEAN/BEEF burger and non existing fries till waitress realized it..She took my friends bill and made him new one where he did ended up paying for his wonderful lunch! All he got was military discount??? of 20%??? We paid with cash and it is not necessary to mention that even change was not given back right not talking about receipts...I guess they decided to take as much as tip as they wanted!!!! It was toooo much and we didn`t even argue with them...walked out and will NEVER EVER GO BACK AGAIN!!! I understand that the waitress was new but there should be somebody with him to train and make sure that he knows how and what to do...As manager of restaurant I can say that this is one of the worst managed restaurants I have ever been! And manager Tiffany has to realize that there are so much competition around them with excellent food and customer service that they will loose customers if they don`t change their way of operation and actually MANAGING restaurant! DON`T WASTE YOUR TIME, MONEY AND NERVES!!! :)

Service was mediocre at best. Manager (or at least I assume it was a manager that accompanied our waiter out to our table about a bill discrepancy) was rude and started right away with an accusatory tone. They charged my son for a medium order of wings when we had in fact ordered a small. Most places would simply fix the error on the ticket and we would be on our way. Instead the manager proceeds to argue with me that since they brought out a medium size and he had eaten them all we would still be charged a medium price (he didnt actually eat them all, left overs had been placed in a to go box already). And how are we to know how much should be in the order, they only label them small, medium, etc.. After a little arguing back and forth I told them to forget it and just ring up the ticket, which I had to raise my voice on just to get them to stop and just go ring it up so we could leave. Was only about a $5 difference in the end so it came out of the gratuity I left. Oh, and they didnt even bring out all of our order, had to ask for the other half of wings on my sons order and our friends order since they both had a two sauce order on their boneless wings and they only brought half with one sauce of each order. Also manager said I should have said some thing earlier when they brought us too many wings, REALLY!?. Might have even noticed and said something if we hadnt had to ask for the rest of our order. TLDR: They refused to fix a simple mistake on the bill, lost a customer for life at this location.

We used to love to go to Buffalo Wild Wings for dinner while we were strolling around Pier Park. We once had a bad experience and then decided to give it another try. We then started asking for Tag, the server who saved us from the Buffalo Wild Wing Hell. We always ordered the overloaded nachos and the buffalo macaroni (I dont know exact names). All are always delicious. I will say that these are the only 2 thing I get there. The wings are horrible and always super dry and tough. Not woth the money there. Tag left because his hours got cut and now we no longer go. We went 3 times after he left and got absolutely horrible service every time. One time we sat on the patio facing the shops and our server took 15 minutes to greet us. He forgot my Fiances ashtray (yuck, I know) and brought out the wrong beer and he also forgot the extra napkins I asked for. We were there for 45 minutes and reminded him 3 times. One time se also waited in line for 30 minutes and watched couples after couples that walked in behind us get seated way before we did and then no apology from the staff, which even aknowleged it after we got skipped. More often then not, this happens alot there. If you have time to wait and have the patience to keep reminding the staff of your existance, then I would temp it. Chilis or Hooters is always a good option. Good luck.

This restaurant was the worse experience I have ever had with service and management! So my brother asked my family and I to come join them at Buffalo Wild Wings in PC. While he had been waiting 45 minutes to an hour for food he ordered we were waiting to be greated and seated (8 people). While waiting for assistance I asked for a manager, he approached us in a arrogance disrespectful demeanor and said Im the manager... I said to him my brother has been waiting over 45 minutes for his food can you comp his meal or refund him? He asked for the receipt and said it hasnt been an hour so no I will not comp his food. I said he placed an order at 9:12 and it is now 9:50 but thats fine just give him his money back with service like this we refuse to eat at a place like this, he said I refuse to comp you because you didnt ask you told me now goodnight and get out whiling throwing my brothers money for him to pick up off the floor!!! I asked for his name repeatedly and a number for the general manager which he refused over and over... Which then turned into a screaming match and me cursing getting out of character.
