I ordered a Birthday cake over the phone yesterday. Not only did the bakery not answer their phone for over 20 minutes and customer service manager had to walk over there to tell them to answer their phone but after I spent another 15 minutes describing what I needed...a simple Red Velvet cake with Happy Birthday on it...today when I went to pick it up at the bakery, there was no Happy Birthday on it and was as plain as could be!!!!! No roses, no decorations whatsoever!!!! And that plain 7" cake cost $20!!! Unbelievable. I told the bakery lady that but she just smiled and gave me the receipt and was done with me. I dont speak Spanish and she barely spoke English. I looked at the customer service center but it was so busy there that I just decided to go home with it like it was. I had another appointment to get to. And that is my 70th Birthday cake! Very , very disappointing to say the least.

Worst Publix, ever. Bad customer service, no one helps you, you have to search to get any service. I am a disabled female veteran and no one ever offers to help assist me. Products that I always buy (and I usually almost buy out all the items when I am there) then are never stocked. When I keep complaining, they say that no one buys enough of the item, which is an outright lie. I then call them a liar, because I constantly buy those items. I also am short, which the manager are aware of, and the next time I go there, the stock the items at the very top. Then the personnel get annoyed when I ask them for assistance. They also keep product way, way past their expiration dates and when I I purchase the last of an item, they dont restock it.

I was trying to cash a check,that I wasnt able to cash due to claudia not knowing what she was doing. She then hand me back the check saying its not going threw the machine. I ask her Why its not going threw she said I dont know instead of her finding out she let me walk away. I then told her she just wasted my time. Her respond was o well. So I asked her whats her name she said claudia with a attitude. Smh I then went to amscot with the same check that was cash with no problem.. Very poor customers service.

Best Publix in the area! Friendly customer service, knowledgeable and well-trained employees, and the store is very tidy and well-kept, however if you frequent the specialty departments such as the seafood, meat or deli counter, you may potentially wait up to 25 minutes for your order to be served during peak hours. One or two more employees in these departments would make a huge difference in customer wait times. At the sandwich counter, it is most definitely worth the wait.

Pretty good Publix for it being the only one in the area and serving multiple surrounding neighborhoods. Parking on the first level is hard to find most of the time, so thankfully there is a rooftop option. Once inside, it is never too packed, youll never feel like a sardine. Very clean and organized. Theres a pharmacy at this location which comes in handy sometimes . Deli line usually takes forever but the end product is great. Most employees are helpful too.

I have been going to this publix since I was in elementary school, they knock the publix down then rebuilt it. The staff is awesome, since I move to Broward I still travel 28miles to this same publix. The other publix are not the same. The staff fabulous, every thing is fresh and clean. My kids love this publix as well. I call this publix the million dollar publix, my second home. Keep up the good work.

The increase in price on a daily basis even with products more expensive than epicure (the papaya and the butter) the decrease in product offerings (no more lurpak butter no more Ak mak sesame crackers seldom one gallon of sephirhill water among others) plus the lack of positive response of the managers when I complained. Luckily we have options as some of My neighbors told Me and are doing.

publix is the best place to shop. The staff is well trained and courteous. the store is always clean. Publix offers a wide variety of items,and they are of high quality and fresh. However, what I like the most about publix is that I can sample anything is the store. Publix is definitely the best! !!!!

Some items that I usually buy they dont have it anymore. Or they have them in short supply. Such as Oikos yogurt banana cream flavor, whole wheat mini bagels, ghirardelli milk dark chocolate with no sugar (they have it with sugar), Conchita black beans ready to eat.

Giving this publix 5 stars. Always clean. Staff is helpful, a rare thing in Miami. Cashiers try to get you out the door fast. This is also rare in Miami. Product is fresh. Theres additional parking on the roof.
