I went in with high hopes, but it ended in dissatisfaction. I can usually find something redeeming in a lot of food that I try, so this didnt have to be the next Bdubs, but in their own lane with a different twist... Sadly this wasnt the case. After hearing Rick Rozay Ross grunt over track after track about the franchise, I had high expectations, but was let down by the bland taste. Their sauces just didnt have any swag in the flavor and was almost watery in some cases. The actual boneless chicken was great, Id say better than BWW. The sauce was its only downfall. Their cheese fries were good, but different. Its fresh cut potatoes, well salted, but it had a mild sweet taste to them. It made for an interesting pop of flavor, but definitely may not go over well with some. If youre choosing between this and Bdubs, go with Bdubs to avoid a lesson learned, but if youre trying for the first time and just exploring, give it a shot, but Id advise to NOT order the same flavors from here that you usually would at Bdubs. Try something different instead. Theres no comparison. Pros: Good Chicken, Cheap, Cheese fries, Convenient, Generous sizes of ranch & Blue Cheese Cons: Bland Sauces, 10pc is the minimum, No beer on tap only bottles, Small lobby

My husband and I went to Wingstop for the first time after hearing good things about it. After trying it for the first time...no, just no. The wings are mediocre to say the least. Ive had better wings out of the bag at Walmart. Honestly. We got mild and lemon pepper. The wings were tough and the meat was flavorless. The sauce on the mild wings was almost non-existent. The sauce that was there was watery and reminded me of Texas Pete hot sauce. The lemon pepper wings were too much. They tasted like pure salt sprinkled with some lemon juice. We didnt even eat them all. I put them in the refrigerator and my little brother came to our house and saw them in the fridge and asked if he could have them. I told him he could and even he didnt like them! He said they were gross. The cheese fries were bomb though. Dont waste your money. There are plenty of other places that serve really good wings. Dont believe the hype.

Unfortunately going to have to review on this one. Ive been to different wing stops and it is an entirely different experience. To put it bluntly wing stop is an AMAZING place to eat. However, this one is absolutely horrible. The second you walk in you can smell something similar to a barn and the floor clearly hasnt been mopped maybe even in months. There are toothpicks, beer caps, stains, all over the floor. Napkins, straws, also out. It was not even during a busy time. Trust me any other location wont have this problem. Wingstop is awesome! just dont go to this one.. trust me ive been there a few times dont waste 10 bucks on this.

I stopped here yesterday, with high hopes, and I can honestly say it was an EPIC FAIL. For starters, the wings were NOT seasoned before they were cooked which is a NO-NO. The wings are extremely small with very little meat and they were fried too long making them tough. The lemon pepper was almost flavorless, and the garlic- parm had really weird floral notes to it; almost like someone poured rose water into it. On top of all that, I waited for over 20 minutes as my food sat on the counter, and it was cold by the time they figued out it was mines.

If I could give no stars I would. The establishment was dirty, had a foul smell, and the associates are rude. The night manager is pregnant and needs to not work in customer service because she doesnt know how to treat customers. I waited 45mins for my order that I called in and didnt even receive a sorry or a discount. DO NOT visit this location, go to Js Wings and Seafood down the street and try the garlic sriracha wings. They are the best on the far east side.

I love wingstop, but the one on Pendleton Pike is awful. The fries were soggy and gritty. The teriyaki chicken was not good and the presentation of the teriyaki looked disgusting. Then we had to wait almost an hour after we were told it would be 20 minutes. Needless to say, I will not be going to the one on Pendleton Pike again. Very disappointed

Been here a few times. We enjoy it as an alternative wing place. The flavors are interesting though I wish you could blend them more ways. Not overly flavorful or upon bringing them home tonight which is a shame. We will definitely order ahead with the app next time to save time though 20 minutes for 40 wings and sides isnt that bad.

The food was great,but what happened to their dinner rolls thats the reason why I went to Wingstop because I crave them but when I went yesterday the rose tasted still what a gang of butter had too many air holes taste like it was a week old I was not happy about that I just want to know did they change the recipe or did I get a bad batch

THIS is the WORST Wing Stop EVER!!!!! NEVER eat here EVER! They are rude, nasty , and the store STINKS! The ugly rude pregnant chick on nights needs a new Job! She is mad that she works there, but its her fault! Horrible service and even worst employees!! STAY AWAY! Eat Js Wingz they are waaaaay better and also located on Pendleton Pike.

THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. THE WOMEN WORKING THE CASH COUNTER WERE GHETTO AND RUDE. WHEN I GOT HOME I AND STARTED EATING I NOTICE THAT THE BOTTOM OF MY BASKET WAS FULL OF GREASE. (DO THEY NOT DRAIN THE CHICKEN FROM THE GREASE?) EVERY TIME I WOULD GRAB A PIECE OF CHICKEN IT WOULD DRIP GREASE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

They are rude over the phone ..they charge for basic sauce like ranch or blue cheese.Wings are seasoned with total disregard oh how it looks or taste the garlic Parmesan is caked on so thick its nasty lemon pepper is like eating sour patch kids ..over priced ..its a shame cause I wanted to give my money to American business.

The day I went there were two ladies working; I placed my order online and it was ready in a timely manner. The only problem I had with my order was I asked for carrot sticks only and they mixed it. The store was very clean and they played upbeat music that did not involve any cursing. Love the lemon pepper wings!

The customer service is decent but the actual food service is trash, You guys either forget wings or ranch, If Im paying for it the least you could do is give me what I pay for, right? Definitely the lowest ranked Wing Stop in Indy and youre brand new, step it up

Waited about 45 minutes to get our order when we were told 20 minutes!! Ordered mild boneless wings and these are the worst wings Ive ever tasted. They were dry and too greasy/ buttery. No flavor. 1 star for the fries because at least those were good.

Most ghetto Wingstop and the only ghetto Wingstop Ive been in. Cooks were blasting profanity rap. The wings werent fried correctly. The girl working the register was great but overall I am avoiding this one amd crossing my fingers I dont get sick.
