Me and my husband went there the other day. He ordered wings, and I got a chicken salad. With both of our meals we ordered ranch, which was on our bill. When we got our food my husband mentioned that something about his wings were off. So I tried them, and it tasted as if the sauce was bad. So he had them remake it. He got his second batch of wings, and he still had the same problem. So I decided to compare his ranch to the one I used for my salad. When I tasted both of them, one of the ranchs was clearly off. He asked to speak to the manager, and the manager just said that they never mess up orders, and that ranch could not get bad. I said that no if the ranch is kept in conditions that arent sanitary, for example if its not kept cold then itll get bad easily. He just shook his head and said theres nothing I can do. We just got up and left, becuase if a costumer is saying something is wrong with their food, a manager should try and make it better. Not say that theres nothing they could do. I took both ranches home, and had one of my parents try it to see if me and my husband were not losing it, my mom agreed with us, and my dad said he thought it tasted like blue cheese. However he said that blue cheese should be thick and not watery. If a place wants to keep costumers, they should at least try to help them. This is what you get when a restaurant is ran by college kids. We will not be going back there.

Ive never had an issue with being scammed @ Wing Etc. They are really nice there and I think they have the best wings in NWI. They are by far the biggest (like 2x the size of BW3s) and their seasoned fries are soooooo good. I wish they had more sauces but I am content with the Medium/Honey Mustard sauce. Ive had their burgers and they are okay but not anything special, the Wings are what I go there for. Service is always good, can be slow when its busy but they make up for it with really friendly attitude and plenty of drink refills. Overall I think its a great place to go for amazing wings without breaking the bank. Im goona admit I am biased against BW3s because I have had 3 times in a row where I regretted going in there on account of old dry wings and really REALLY awful service

First let me say that there were like 8 other people in there at like 6:30 so its not like they were busy so here we go. Food sucked it looked and tasted like they took my wings baked them for 5 to many minutes then took a scoop of sauce and dumped it on top of the pile of wings. Like I actually had to mix them around that way the entire wing was covered. Was looking at the beer selection and it sucked. Service was ok the girl was really nice. But it didnt make up for the fact that the Caribbean spicy sauce tasted like open pit brand BBQ sause. My other half and I almost got up and left to go to bdubs. I Will never be going back there. Hope this helps everyone

I used to go there 2 or 3 times a week til I was looking at my bank statement one day and notice that the amount I had signed for had been changed. I thought "I give them a 20% tip and it still isnt enough, they have to raise my bill when they put it back into the computer?" I took my copy of the receipts back and asked for a manager, he said yes there was a mistake and they would put the money back. A month later, still no money, so I called again and was told that the credit card company couldnt change it. We all know thats not true cause my bank corrected it. Its not much money but how many times a day do they do this to people?

Had a bad experience last week (Thursday night November 17th.). We ordered wings and a pitcher and we didnt realize that there was a napkin on the inside bottom of the pitcher. When the waitress/bartender was asked about it, she asked if we would like another pitcher. Of course we said yes, and figured that she would just replace the pitcher. Instead she took the bad pitcher and charged us for another one. She was short with her remarks and on the rude side. Needless to say, that with other choices for wings and beverages in this town, we will gladly go elsewhere. We will also share our poor experience with others.

My boyfriend and I go here every now and then. Weve really only had minor issues: not being seated, not being waited on. However, the last time we went will probably be the last. The manager brought out our wings, and when my boyfriend asked for ranch, the manager visibly got mad. When the manager returned with the ranch, we thanked him, however we were ignored by the manager as he walked away complaining about us. The waitress never returned to fill our drinks, or ask if we wanted a box. We were there almost an hour, and saw our waitress less than 3 times. We will most likely not be coming back.

Dont bother trying to order for carry-out. When they messed up my order we called to let them know. We werent even going to make them make us new ones. Instead of listening to us, they argued that what we ordered was something different. Then they hung up on us. We called back and someone different answered the phone. At this point we are aggravated. This gentleman also argued with us saying she read back our whole order and he overheard her (which she did not do). Instead of just listening and apologizing they made us more angry and we will not be ordering from there ever again.

I see this rating from "nickname unavailable," and I wonder if its from a competitor. Ive visited the Wings in Valpo with my family several times, and the food and service are excellent. I really love their rib tips and their pork tenderloin. I know every persons experience might be different, but I have never had a problem. The owner is there frequently and if theres ever even the slightest issue (like a TV on the wrong channel--not a credit card overcharge), he or his manager are on top of it.

Never had an issue just like dgponce. Service is really good. Outside seating in warm weather is a nice touch. Place is never crowded (at least when I have been there). They give you ranch/bleu cheese with your lunch specials unlike the LaPorte location and are generous with their sauce on wings. Second only to the Elkhart (CR 6) location in my opinion. Just wish is was closer to my hometown.

Wings always taste like theyre made in old oil and it blatantly overpowers the sauce (at least during lunch hour). On the other hand the wraps are outstanding! Crunchy sweet and flavorful. Sandwiches and curly fries are an honorable mention as well. It,s worth going, but skip the wings and save it for BWW or Hooters. This place should be called Wraps Etc.

Wings Etc. probably has the best wings in the area. They are way better than buffalo wild wings and have a better atmosphere. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants meaty wings that are inexpensive for what you get. They also have a hot wing challange that will make your mouth go numb if your into that type of thing.
