Alright Ive tried this damn bww 3 times... I am so disappointed in them i dont know if i can put it into words. I am from the Peoria Illinois area and i can say that i love my bww down there. Idk what this ones major malfunction is but I am officially done with this one. I have had a bad experience with my wait at the bar on an unbelievably slow night and somehow on my second visit through carryout they couldnt even get my 4 sauces of wings correct. And now i just tried to call them for my third visit and no one would answer the damn phone. I am so disappointed in the attitude that the workers at this bww exude it makes me sick. Good luck to you as a business but i wish that you and your employees strived to be better... and i know its possible because my local bww is awesome. I am sorry to write such a bad review but after three terrible experiences i felt obligated to express my feelings. So instead of having delicious bww i will instead eat ramen noodles. Thank you again Southlake Malls bww.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... I GUESS THEY JUST DECIDE WHEN THEY WANT TO CHARGE GRATUITY WHEN THEY FEEL LIKE. WHEN ASKED THE MANAGER WAS VERY RUDE AND CONDESCENDING IN HIS RESPONSE. HE RESPONDED " I SEE 6 PEOPLE, SHE IS A HUMAN ISNT SHE" , WHEN REFERENCING TO A 1YR OLD BABY. I WANT TO ENCOURAGE OTHERS IN THE COMMUNITY NOT TO PATRONIZE THIS ESTABLISHMENT. THIS TYPE OF SERVICE SHOULD NOT BE ACCEPTABLE AND WE AS PAYING CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT HAVE TO TOLERATE UNPROFESSIONALISM . WOULD YOU CONTINUE TO SEE A DR. THAT WAS RUDE TO YOU? WOULD YOU CONTINUE TO ALLOW SOMEONE TO STYLE YOUR HAIR IF THEY CONSTANTLY MADE RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL COMMENTS ABOUT THE TEXTURE AND LENGTH OF YOUR HAIR? I HAVE SENT OUT AN EMAIL TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE BUT STILL NO CALL. I WONDER HOW CONCERNED THEY ARE ABOUT THE BUSINESS??????

Poor service. Waited forever for waitress to acknowledge we were already seated. Ordered food and will say NEVER get the Cali Chicken Sandwich was really bad not edible at all. You could get a better sandwich at McDonalds for way way less. Will never come back here again. The rest of our order wasnt pleasant either. Last time Ill be coming here.

Why so expensive? Why does sit cost $12.49 for 10 bone in wings and almost $12.29 for 10 boneless wings? If you do the math that comes out to be $0.80 a wing before tax for bone in and for boneless $0.81 cents a wing. Why? Its nothing "that" special. My advice? Go to five guys or Red Robin. At least there you get bottomless fries

AWFUL waited outside to take our order for 40 minutes. Walked by and waited on other people. Had to leave because it was so bad. Wouldnt recommend to anyone. Atmosphere was so loud you couldnt talk. Id rather eat out of a garbage can. Very dirty food all over the floor smelled of sweat and burnt food.

Good food,But Horrible Service at this location, i placed an order over the phone, they said 30 min i got there 20 min after the 30 min suggested time and i still had to wait for an extra 15 min, i have a 40 min lunch brake so they kinda messed up my lunch by taking an extra 35 min to get my food.

This was an awesome location the waiter celest was very nice and she was working multiple tables with no problem my food was very fresh and hot and I can honestly say I have been to various Buffalo Wild Wings in various states and by far this location was is and have been the best

This by far the best B--Dubs experience Ive ever had and Ive visited B-Dubbs in 7different states the food was very hot n fresh and we had all of our food in less than 10 min also our waitress Celeste was very on point

Count your wings before you leave if you order carry out. Ive been shorted on wing count multiple visits. Called store each time and was always credited for missing wings but nonetheless a hassle.

Food was delicious! The drinks are great.But as you continue to order drinks they seem to forget the garnish on the drinks.came to the resturant at about 10:30 and it was extremely dirty.

Most of the time I dont get what I want to go. Wet/not wet, traditional/boneless, etc. I just dont get it why it is so hard to get the right order. Really should check before leave.
