I am giving 5 stars because the food was wonderful and the cashier that helped me Reginald was very kind, helpful and polite. He made me feel very welcomed and I appreciate that. The only thing that bothered me was that a lady did show up (appearing to be a manager) that started a big fuss and spoke down to the employees and used a racial slur as well. Im not sure what the issue was but it was very unprofessional and I want management to know so they can address this. As for Reginald and the rest of the crew I appreciate the excellent service!

Very good wings! We get the family pack which comes with wings, fries, and 2 veggies. The food is made to order so it takes some time for the wings to get to you, but its worth it. We get half traditional boned wings and half boneless. It is very filling and the fries were freshly made. Simple decor and TVs (with no volume) were a good entertainment while the music played in the background. They also have very clean restrooms.

Ok people I have been to some other wing places but this ones the best. Not just bc the wings are awesome but bc they are real people. Every time I come to this store everyone is friendly. And tonight was no different. I got to meet Reggie tonight found out he was the gm and let me tell you the way he treats his customers is nothing short of amazing. I will be patronizing this wingstop for years to come. 100% satisfied.

Small, uneventful wings. I tried half hot half Cajun. The Hot was more mild & lacked true wing flavor while the Cajun was just Hot sauce with Cajun seasoning sprinkled on before serving which was far too salty. The wings themselves were small & not close to being worth the $10 price. The fries that came with the combo were good & there were a lot of them. Overall I can think of many other places I would go for wings.

Ever since the old manager left the place has fallen apart. The food sucks the service is worse. There people standing around in the kitchen looking at each-other doing nothing while people are waiting. They cannot get an order right to save their lives. They dont even answer their phone sometimes it ring so much it goes to voicemail . If you gonna spend money go somewhere youre gonna enjoy dont be miserable.

SLOW AS A TURTLE. Employees are highly unmotivated to do any work in a manner that wouldnt make someone who didnt have a job late for work. Took 25 minutes to get a 8 piece with fries, really?? 25 minutes?!?! Not even busy, would hate to see this place when its busy. Never coming back.

Waited 30 minutes on a simple order only to find out that they had given our food to another customer....who had arrived and placed his order after we had. And now it has caused me to be late for an appointment that I had. Highly upset and not sure if Ill be returning anytime soon....

Just bad. Slow, wings were hard & fries soggy. Waited 10 minutes to order w 1 customer at counter, then 25 minutes for food. Funny how 3 customers got gift cards for free food, but we did not. Only difference was our ethnicity. Ours did not match the managers.

The two other experiences Ive had were great but tonight they got my order wrong and everything inside the to-go bag was caked with grease from the wing sauce. Was not pleased to come home with food I didnt order and I mess I didnt want to clean

I have ordered wings many times from wingstop. Sometimes they are really good.. but sometimes they are so bad .. today when I ordered boneless Cajun wings they were raw even when the pieces were too small as compared to other times .

Wings are OK especially if you get their special they have on Monday and Tuesday nights. Staff is beyond incompetent. Most times they are too busy playing on their phones or talking to each other and be bothered to do any work.

Boneless wings were inconsistent in size, I went there twice in the same day. 1st time they were very nice. 2nd time..just so-so.. The quality was outstanding however. Really great wings and people that work there.

Ordered online and still waited 30 minutes in the store. The front staff was rude and the food itself was either bland or downright bad. We ended up throwing most of it away. Wont be returning.
