Horrible, i was told to start if i wanted meat it would take 10 min, what else would a burger be? I ordered a double bacon burger and a bacon burger, no bacon on either 1 patty on the "double" i specifically asked no onions do to allergies onions on both burgers. The gal gave me cups that were all mangled and they didnt want to give me cups I could not put lids on. Big inconvenience to bag it to go as asked when ordering. Management basically pushed you to a corner to "clean" never in my life have I had a problem with a a&w but I dont even want to try to go to another after this.

Honestly would not go back here ever. The place was disgusting and not cleaned. The cashier was not friendly and put in our order incorrectly. Want to enjoy the wonderful A&W root beer tap? Good luck. Its flat! When we mentioned it to the cashier we were told, "Its our house brew. Its how we make it". Really? Im pretty sure root beer isnt supposed to be flat and other locations are not like that. The burger was nothing like real A&W quality, especially for the price you pay. I highly recommend that you stay away.

Asked for two "homemade root beer floats" after almost ten minutes we were given two cups with three small scoops of ice cream and told to fill our own cups up with whichever soda we wanted. Nothing homemade about that! Very disappointed in the service and quality of the product. Paid a bit over $12 for two cups full of soda really.

I used to live in New York. Cortland had an A&W so I thought of home when I saw This place. Wish I wouldnt have ruined my perception of the company by eatting here. Prices were crazy for the food tasted like your average fast food. In New York, you ordered by a phone at your booth and they came to serve you.

Saw a five star review about the root beer floats, needed a place to escape the heat. Needless to say this place is gross. Mold in the soda fountain. Tables dirty/sticky.I Didnt order any food myself came for the root beer float 2.99 Received 2 scoops of ice cream and was directed to the soda fountain. :(

On February 24, I used my credit card here for a small purchase. Little did I know that the card was skimmed and subsequently used on April 14 for a drunken boozefest at The Yard House in Orlando and Applebees in Kissimmee.

Dirty, dingy, over-priced, food isnt even served hot. Counters arent wiped down. Counter around the drinks is sticky. They arent busy. But, no ones cleaning either. Should have read the reviews first.

Overpriced (hotdog+fries+soda=$11.00), dirty, poor quality. The stars go to the booth area, which is the only comfortable and somewhat quiet place to sit in the whole outlet and food court.
