One thing that I have always respected about Panera bread as its commitment to the fight against hunger. However this location does not seem to care about or honor that commitment. When I come in, I typically order soup and instead of ordering the default baguette with it, I order chips. The substitution is reflected on the receipt that Im given, however exactly 100% of the time when I go to pick up my food I am given a baguette instead of the chips. This would be nothing more than a relatively small annoyance if it werent for the fact that when I bring the mistake to the attention of the employees, they casually chuck the bread into the trash and give me chips instead. This has happened to me on at least 50 occasions at this particular location, and does not seem to happen with that level of regularity anywhere else. I have tried to bring it to the attention of the shift managers on no less than 10 occasions, trying to convince them that a quick word with their employees would easily eliminate this preventable waste. Not only have my comments had zero effect on the outcome of the next service, but one of the shift managers actually asked me to leave after I raised my concerns. In light of the refugee crises everywhere in the world, and the worldwide problem with hunger generally, I cannot frequent in light of the refugee crises everywhere in the world, and the worldwide problem with hunger generally, I cannot frequent a business where my money is used to support preventable waste of perfectly good food. All the food they have thrown away as a result of my orders alone, could easily feed a homeless person for several weeks. I can only imagine how much total food waste is happening because Im sure Im not the only one whos substitutions the employees at this location felt honore I can only imagine how much total food waste is happening because Im sure Im not the only one whose substitutions the employees at this location fail to honor. I find the practice of throwing away that much good bread just because the employees cant be bothered to read the orders completely abhorrent.

Wow Does not even began to cover how this Panera Made me feel. my family and I had visit this Panera last week while visiting Orlando. I work at a Mc Donalds in northern Ohio, while I go to school. If we had half the team that they have wed probably be visit more often for our personality alone. It was extremely packed at this location, we had to apologize to the little cash girl, (I think her name started with a S) because my son kept knocking over their cooler display. When we got our food I could see that they had a million orders on their screens ( If this was my Mc Donalds all hell would be breaking lose) but instead everyone looked pretty calm. they all communicated with each other. I got a you pick two and my BLT had Lettuce (I asked them to put non on ther) and the girl in plaid whom I guessed was a manager apologized and had them remake me another. She was very patient even though their screens were still blowing up when I spoke to the girl who remade my broccoli cheddar soup ( my son knocked it over) I asked her what the managers name was. She said it was Jecelyn or Jessica? Either was as a new manager I hope I can have half of the patience and kindness when it come to my employees and customers that you have shown at your store. P.s Panera I love the new watermelon salad

The location is convenient so I visit this panera frequently, I always seem to have an issue with coming here just to enjoy my food because as soon as I sit down to eat my 10$ bread and cheese, I feel as though my meal is interrupted by the loud woman in plaid who feels the need to let everyone hear her conversation. (Black hair, glasses usually there in the morning) The cashiers were darling and everytime I go through drive thru I am very pleased with my result. The only complaint I have would be the hectic rushed feeling the woman who I believe is a manager puts on the staff, it seems as though the youngins are more professional and friendly than the lady mentioned above. Anywho the food is always prepared beautifully and the staff is kind. I did speak to a manager whos Name I believe was Justice or Jess and she honestly made my day. Thats all.

I walk in and the cashiers are very nice and welcoming but the "welcome to panera" gets very obnoxious. The food is good, but I feel like the portions were too small for what I pay for. I come to panera to relax and enjoy my overpriced food, I dont come to panera to hear the same ladys voice throughout the cafe, there is always one person who is extremely loud and kills the relaxed feeling that flows in this store. Ive noticed that this lady is here during breakfast hours, so I go through the drive thru in the mornings. The drive thru is normally quick, but at times can get backed up which is understandable. The cashiers at the window always seem to notice when a person has been waiting a while because they have always apologized for my wait. Overall this panera is a wonderful store, I just wish it wasnt as loud and hectic during breakfast hours.

Rapid pickup? So far they are 3 for 10 at actually being on time with a correct order. Even today, sent order in at 6am for 6:45 pickup. Came in at 6:45 and order was not ready until 6:54, and not complete (no chips, no pastry, no pickle with sandwich). Picked up two frozen mocha/caramel the other day. Both tastes terrible like peppermint Ordered lunch. Im allergic to tomatoes. Bacon turkey bravo and asked for sourdough bread (using the app). Got home, took one bite and spit it out, noticing that the bread was their tomato one. Also the pickle was the size of my pinky toe. I will not be returning to this panera. The food is good but they just cant seem to get things right. The majority of the service members are nice and polite but they seem to be out of touch with whats going on.

This is by far the WORST of all Panera Breads. Customer service is a hit or miss, they hire young people that dont seem to care about their customers, which means that the managers and supervisors are doing a bad job training. My list of disappointment with this place is longer than Santas naughty list. This place just socks! The management is the worst part! I once waited 45minutes for food. The staff "forgot" about my order, they left it sitting out on the counter. The manager gave me the cold food, and said that I can have 2 free pastries after a very heated argument. Out of maybe the 30 times I have been here 20 times they have messed up my order. I now go over to Burgerfi instead. This place is horrible, they should be shut down!

Well this Panera seems to give u whatever they want instead of what you order. Ordered a blue cheese Cobb salad I even tell her the one with eggs blue cheese and bacon and please give me ranch for dressing. They give me green goddess salad with green goddess dressing. I try to hand it back to cashier and she says she cant accept it back through the drive through!! Wth? Its not even the salad I ordered. Then she says they ran out of eggs thats why they changed it on me. I had to leave I was pressed for time. Not the first time order has been messed up at this Panera. Just the last time Im going.
