I have been a customer of burger king my whole life , since the 70s and have seen changes in businesses for the better or for the worse ....shame on burger king corporate for all of the bad desicions they have done in recent years ....but the pinacle of the worst experience happened a few days ago when i went to burger king and ordered a whopper jr. meal thru the drive thru ....omg the time it took .....tooooo long for a "drive thru" then i stopped at the parking lot which looked like a place that was going out of business (which i wouldnt be surprised if it did) and when i opened the paper that enclosed my burger to my surprise i couldnt see the meat, so i took the top bun off and started to laugh at a meat patty that was about 2" in diameter....and im being nice.....and the first thought was a commercial from the 80s from wendys that said " WHERES THE BEEF " so i went back inside and told the young man at the register about the problem ....instead of offering me something different or maybe call a manager the first thing out of his mouth was "i can give you your money back " so i thought ...guess they dont care ....guess they dont know that every customer they lose is less profit thus less hours for his pay and then" i wonder why i dont have a job"........easy fix i went across the street to wendys and found a delicious cheesburger combo with the best portion of meat (compared to burger king) it was goliath size square patty with superb freshness ......to the people who manage this burger king its been about a year and a half now since the down fall of this particular restaurant ...do your homework and find out what happened ...was it a change in management or the employees changed or just dont care whatever the case im not the only one who is talking about this , i work close by and all my co- workers with a grining face told me "you went there....no dude" , now i know what they meant

Dont even bother going through this BK unless you have a lot of time to waste and are not wanting to eat anytime soon. I am currently sitting in the drive thru, pulling in with a mere 3 cars in front of me. I have been sitting here for 30 minutes and they STILL havent gotten on the intercom to serve me. I politely asked at the last window if they were short staffed (trying to be polite) and they had one gentleman running the entire front of inside service and drive thru. Management needs to either hire some reliable staff members or schedule more staff members during the shifts so that poor young man doesnt have to deal with all of that on his own. He was very nice though and had a positive attitude dispite the added stress that had apparently been put on him. This is 10 in the evening, so I cant even imagine how it would be to get through during a lunch or dinner rush. After a total of over 50 minutes, upon driving out, there were 10-12 cars that were now STUCK IN that line having not a clue that their entire evening was going to be spent in that line. I have worked in customer service my entire adult life and NEVER complain but this was BEYOND ridiculous. It should not take 10 minutes PER vehicle, nor the almost hour it took to get food (considering under different circumstances it should have taken maybe 15 minutes max). I suggest going to the Wendys across the street or McDonalds down the road.

Every time i go i live like 3 min away so i always said let me try probably last time it was an coincidence but noooooo always my food comes out wrong i go to work at 5 am never have biscuits available is just garbage of a restaurant they still in bussines cus is the only bk in 30 miles but is sad that the resident of this area wont go there just cus of couple of negligent people that works there cus theres a manager at night that has the long hair puertorican thats is beign working there for a while and his food is always on point but everytime that i go hes busy or not there so im diying for zaxbys and the other people that has great customer service to come to poinciana checkers at walmart will see how long they keep up cus i went and the fries like ice cold and they are suposed to know for that is just sad that this peolple open those restaurant but they are never there to see was going on

I went to this location after work, for a treat to myself (work late nights). To my surprise, the service was very quick, in fact, too quick. Once I got home, I have discovered that I had old dry and cold fries (tasted like I nuked them in the microwave) and an old dry burger. Now I know why the service was so quick. This place reheated my food instead of throwing it away after the expiration time. What little that I did eat, I was sick the next day. It wouldnt surprise me if this place was shut down due to health code violations. Food seems to be the same during the peak of the day as well but not as bad as the late night shift, that I have unfortunately experienced. Word of advice, dont eat here and risk getting food poisoning or the unsatisfaction of old food, that was "just made" for you.

Please close this Burger King down!!!!!!!! Look at all the TERRIBLE reviews. Obviously the manager/owner do not care because they are using the Burger King brand so they know they will always have customers. We have to prove them wrong!! They are super slow. Unprofessional. It doesnt matter where you work have some class! Loud! Get orders wrong all the time. If we are made to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru or 20 minutes inside at least get the order right.I love Burger King but I see more and more BKs starting to go down hill in the customer service department. You all seriously need to get it together! No shame. Just blatantly unprofessional. Poor souls. You wont get far in life acting like that so keep your jobs because no one else who value their business or customers will have you.

Today Saturday May 6th, 2017 I went to this Burger King. Not only was the service bad, but also the quality of the products. I was given a cup with a whole in it. When I got home and looked down in my cup holder, it was full of Soda and my phone was soaked. I couldnt immediately go back to the restaurant because I had prior commitments and now my cell phone does not work. They do not pick up the phone either. I have made about 15 calls and no one has gotten back to me. Also there is no way to leave a message so I am stuck here with a broken phone! Terrible place to get a quality experience; I was rushed through my order and ignored although I told her I was not finished placing my order.

Bad drive thru service, theyre always giving me small when I order medium for breakfast. One time they did this, AND they were about to accidentally charge me for a more expensive meal than I ordered. Incompetence... then this morning, they did this, had to ask if it was medium (as usual) AND they gave me the wrong breakfast sandwich, which I discovered when I got home.. am writing this cos Im pretty annoyed at this incorrect sandwich, in addition to the small vs. medium meal. Moral of the story, folks: triple check your order when you do drive thru here. like, yea... triple check it, theyre often not paying much attention. smh.
