We came here because of the great reviews. We ordered 3 different dishes including the spicy seafood noodle soup. The soup was good, but the other two meal were below average. There was no color or stand out flavor to it. It was the most boring Chinese food Ive ever had. Their egg drop soup looked like murky water... not the rich yellow color its supposed to have. The hot and sour soup left a lot to be desired. Id rather pay for some better quality soups than get the those free with meal. I was so disappointed given the awesome reviews and 4+ stars. I have it 3 stars because it wasnt a negative experience, but its definitely not a place we would go back to.

Really good food but they are very strict and wont make substitutions like veggies instead of rice or no extra meat (even if youre willing to pay for the extra) theyll point to an index card that say no extra ck. They say they have no way to measure out extras or different sides. For extra meat you have to buy an entire other meal. And a note the only thing that doesnt have added sugar is the white rice. Yes my family still eats there but I cant since I dont eat sugar or rice.

Its just alright. Ive tried a variety of dishes from this restaurant and theyve been passable. My biggest complaint is that their sauce is often times watery. Prices are what youd expect, theyre fair. Portion sizes are a little small for what Ive come to expect from Chinese restaurants, but are still enough to fill you up and have left overs.

Great value for the money! Ordered the garlic chicken special. It came with a side of rice, a crab rangoon, a fried spring roll, a fortune cookie and your choice of soup. I added a pop and it was only $7.75. Great deal and was just the right amount of food without getting over full.

This place is a gem! Come for the food. Lighter sauces not full of corn starch. The best homemade fresh hot and sour soup ever. Huge lunch portions. The staff is very helpful and we were allowed to add vegetables, combination meat for a small up charge. Will eat here again.

My husband and I love the Sesame Chicken and egg rolls but tonight we were greeted with "we are closed" and it wasnt closing time yet. Very disappointing because the town we moved to doesnt have Tsing Tsoa :/ Our favorite location is the one in South Des Moines.

Never again coming to this one. My fiance encouraged me to try it because she really enjoys coming here. Well she found a hair in her food then I inspected mine and found three. Ridiculus. Never coming back.

Been eating here since I can remember. Never had a bad experience. Nothing compares. Its cheap for me and my girls and its fast and the staff are always friendly. Best place to go for good Chinese food.

Food was good yet I did not feel the prices were for what you get. Small eating area has you close to other patrons so be prepared to get cozy with others if you dine in during the busier times.

Amaizing chicken. I highly reccomend it.Best CrabRagoon ive ever had. Very tasty. Never head anything bad from them. If you want good food for low prices. Tsing Tsow is the BEST place in Iowa.
