The food is disgusting, if they dont like you they give you old meat, and dry food. They are all rude they talk to you like give me your money and get the hell out of my store, they hide what they are doing and they get there friends to say good things about there store on there Web site. A lot of people complains to them, about the food and treatment, and they really dont care you can see it in there faces. I hate these Chinese food store. Its only them working there, so who knows what they are doing, just be careful. If you do not want a bad experience, tell them you want to see the food before you give them your money, because after they get the money theres nothing you can do, and instead of calling the cops, call the health department, be safe people, food poisoning is very serious. And the food smell like they pistol in it, spend 40 dollars and had to throw the food out they are literally robbing there customers, its not maple syrup it piss. I asked strangers to smell the food and they said the same thing piss, disgusting.

*****SERVICE IS HORRIBLE & OTHER PLACES IN POINCIANA SERVE BETTER FOOD**** When we called to explain 1 of the 4 dishes was not good, the lady laughed and said she had eaten from the same as it was fine to her. I believe this is why the majority of the people who call a place to complain are rude. The lady did not care at all. I rarely complain but when it comes to food and paying for it, I think you deserve a great dish and if something seems wrong to a CUSTOMER, they should be given another dish or refunded the money. I will never eat there again and continue to visit the one near Marigold.

I had high hopes for this restaurant considering the ease of ordering with a downloaded app. My first delivery was not a great experience. Very long wait for delivery and crab Rangoon filling was nonexistent. The ordering is easy so I thought would try again. I asked for extra filling and knew the time would be quite a wait considering the amount of food we order and it was a Friday night. It took over an hour and half to get here, the food was cold and I had to throw away over$60 of the food. We spend over$130. Very disappointed

This person who speaks about this Chinese girl is much truth is yelling out orders and talk you very rude is 100% truth, This place reeks of urine as if you were rubbish and the only thing they care about is Your money, we buy food at that location and we throw it all in the trash was disgusting, products like the oil is of poor quality, I think around kissimmee not have good Chinese restaurant, never believe anything a Chinese all a lie, from hong kon are different,I look the cher at cleaning the bathrooms when I arrive.

I have no idea why this place has bad reviews, I have been buying here for years. They are cheap and have never messed anything up. Plus, order is ready super fast, and when I get it, its still hot. I have lived in Missouri and Alaska and the Chinese food there cannot be compared to this NY style food, so when I come down on vacation I make sure to eat a years worth!

I buy food here at least once a week, the taste is good, the people are decent, they yell the orders to the kitchen but who cares, it doesnt smell like pee as posted before, the price is not as cheap as told, it went up. the only thing i dont like is for delivery you need to spend 25+ even if you live a few blocks away. other than that Im happy with them.

ORDERED FOOD FOR MY FAMILY.....WAS CHARGED OK......OK FOR THE SIZE THAT I THOUGHT I WAS GETTING......LARGE IS SMALL FOR THEM.....I ASKED FOR 6 CHICKEN WINGS, THEY GAVE ME 3 WINGS CHOPPED IN HALF AND CHARGED ME $4.50 FOR IT!!!! LARGE SHRIMP AND BROCCOLI WAS A SMALL AND THEY CHARGED ME $10.90 FOR THE SMALL.

Horrible. Food wasnt fully cooked, and was soggy all over. Also, the pork fried rice has no flavor whatsoever. Terrible experience for someone who had high hopes to try a new Chinese restaurant. I dont recommend anyone to eat from this place. Expensive and nasty. Need new cooks

Ordered shrimp fried rice and I only got two shrimp, rice was awful.. I called the restaurant and the guy over the phone was rude. Stay away from this restaurant
