Worst customer service ever. After they take your order and payment, then they tell you there a 10 min wait. Im told to wait 10 min but 3 additional vehicles get their food. Then Im waiting 25 min and have to walk inside to get my food because they forgot and counter lady doesnt look approachable. She looked mean and then asked me "what would you wanna order?" I informed her Ive been waiting already 25 min, wheres the order that was supposed to be brought out to me. The lady shrugged her shoulders and summoned someone from the back area. We will never go back.

Went in after a long day in hospital loosing a family member and order our dinner. Drove home to open meals all wrong called for them to tell me drive back and pick up right order. Really I shouldnt have to drive back after first time placing my order. Then they tell me come in next day to pick up and got questioned from manager who has no customer service!!! And showed my receipt and still was questioned. I rather go to KFC and spend my $35 this place should be shut down no ones has customer service and manager was worst example for her employers.

The girl at the drive thru was very rude. service was slow. The car in front of me left. I ask to speak with the manager because one of the employees that refused to give me her name was very unprofessional. Manager did listened to me and apologized .No name tags i ask for names. at the end my order was wrong. This was my first and last time coming to this fast food rest. Dear Popeyes dont spend more money on advertisements if your not going to have people well trained to work with public. Thank you!

I would have given this place negative stars if I could...First off they charged me on my card a different price than what was shown on my receipt...They didnt want to give me the food that I paid for..that they forgot to give me..I called the store and the district manager..At this point I dont even care about the money..I just want ppl to know that they steal money from you..And dont have the decency to give you your food... I will never go there again..This place needs to go away!!

This people its the most slowly ever, it was only me in the drive-tru and they just say to me, give me a moment, that moment was 5 minutes waiting or more, I left the drive-tru to see if it was full inside, no, just only one person in line to order inside, what happend here? They dont want to work? The pay rate is less than the other places? They need to do something. Really, im never comeback to this fast food, and they need to call, slow food.

My order was wrong , given 5 pcs OF wicked chicken for the replace of chicken tenders. Knowing how they look they told me I was wrong the manager on duty lies and tell me Im still wrong even with GOOGLE PICTURES. Sad part is they spoke spanish in front of me like i dont speak it ASS HOLES...Dont do business with them ....LAST NOTE,,,,,who stops a promotion days before cause they just dont want honor a nationwide special

They close at 10pm Monday. Got there at 9:45 all lights were off including drive thru they did not attend me. My family and I were hungry . In our area there isnt much to eat we wanted Popeyes but the employees made it impossible. Manager should be demoted to dishwasher. If you dont like your job why keep it?? Bad employees will not be coming back thank god I am moving

Not the first time theyve messed up an order, but when I ask for spicy legs, and Im told they are cooking, and say Ill wait... to get all thighs instead is ridiculous. Then to call and try to speak to a manager and shot on hold for ten minutes and not even get to speak to a manager.... this will be the last order of mine theyll mess up, Ill stick to KFC from now on

This company is something else, Ive been waiting for my check going on 6 weeks Ive contacted corporate and Ive attempted to get information from the managers and I just keep getting put off. Worst company to work for. Terrible management, no training, no respect, dirty, terrible food, and even the district managers suck. This place needs to be shut down!

It seems like the workers are never happy every time I come here! Always an attitude. Inconsistent quality. Good and bad days. For the price, youd think youd get some great tasting food all the time, heck, it tastes like leftovers lots of time. The sweet tea is disgusting. Mine was lukewarm and had a very nasty aftertaste. Very disappointing.

Food is good and quick. But its pretty bad when the employees sit at the outside seating instead of the customers getting the seats, and then to top it off they smoke while people are trying to eat there.... rudeness. My kids and I got up and left. The employee didnt start smoking until after we sat down and started eating :(

Been here several times. allways hot. My order is placed quick, efficiant and food quality is awesome. Kfc chargeds me xtra for white poltry not here.Staff is good looking and managment is pro., respecfull, and lobby clean. I like it. I would give 5* if they change the music and turn on the cable t.v in the lobby.

We ordered the chicken stripa extra crispy and we didnt get it how we ordered. The chicken was even soft. When we took it back the manager refused to give us new ones and wanted to explain why the meat looked pink. Will not be returning to this location. Got a refund and the manager refunded the wrong person.

Great food, but.... Always out of something. Long wait time and at the end chicken is not even hot. They always, always, always mess up your order, always miss something when you go drive thru. They better work on getting things together since Zaxbys is there neighbor now. Much needed improvement!

Rude. Girl took my order at drive through. Told me to pull to a parking spot and wait. She went on a 15 minute break. No food came. Went inside to ask. No order. No apology. Girl comes in from break I asked her about my order. She says. Oh hi. I dont know I was on break. Walked out.

Drive thru wasnt too bad. Though the register person didnt seem to notice me when i was trying to engage in conversation while i waited for my food. And they forgot something i ordered, which i understand can happen. Its just a minor annoyance. good thing i was able to catch it in time.

I dont recommend this place. The customer service is horrible. The cashier kept on having conversations with the person in front of me. She charged me things I didnt order. There was only one person in front of me and I waited in line for 10 minutes while she had her conversation.

I went to Popeyes today. I appreciate th3 manager apologizing for me waiting in the drive thru so long. He was so nice. But when I went to the window and paid for the wrong order the other worker got an attitude with me. Other than that the manager was extremely nice!
