Came during Customer Appreciation Day (aka, Dress Like A Cow Day) well after the normal lunchtime rush – they were still slammed. But it was incredible 1) how fast we moved through the line (out the door to cashier in about 3 min), 2) how friendly the staff *still* was, and 3) how clean they kept the place despite the chaos. Really well executed. Only feedback would be that some sort of supervision requirement be enforced for the playground – I had to pull my 2-year-old (and someone elses) out of a dog pile of really rowdy kids.

I recommend their milkshakes and cold mixed drinks. I love coming here, I walk in most of the time because the drive thru can be busy with long lines. The food is great, and the staff makes sure you have a good experience. The prices are not bad, depending on what you get by yourself, you pay less than $10. Great staffs, clean restaurant, only thing is that it can get very busy around 3pm to five during the week here at West colonial and the WG village. Mostly pack on the weekends, but the staffs are quick with your foods.

Well I happen to go to this particular location all the time. But this past Saturday night I dicide well-being is my birthday lest go to Chick-fil-A ok well sounds good right it was one of my worst nithg yeahhhh at you store so far. This particular store it has been declining in quality and service, in this particular case there was none other supervision than the employees themselves well you all know what comes after this scenario. Very disappointed in this location it was beter before sorry it is what it is

Everything is great except their "Chicken Strip Salad" The chicken is always soaking in grease and not edible and then the salad has more grease on the lettuce than dressing! Also 3 out of the past 5 different kinds of Salads that I got here lately has been old, where the lettuce is brownish orange, wilted and sometimes so old that its been slimy. So I Highly dont recommend their salads!

This Chick-fil-A has the amazing ability to move a line thats wrapped around the building in a few minutes. Employees come out with tablets and take your order so that everyone keeps moving. It really is super efficient. If you see a huge line at lunch (and you will) dont be dismayed. Youll be eating in 5 minutes no matter how long it is.

Nothing bad about chick fil a. I love it , but beware I rarely get to eat here because my daughter is deathly allergic to peanuts and they use peanut oil to cook there chicken( if you have a peanut allergy steer clear) so once a year when she is out of state with Grandma I get to eat it .

Long wait for my large fries and shake. I didnt mind waiting but my fries were not fully cooked. Not happy at all. Get it together. The UCF location on university is always packed and the food is always amazing. You can learn from them.

I do love outdoor order taking. Gives you that personal touch that you just dont get when speaking to a metal box. Also having someone to hand the food to you standing outside the drive through window was wonderful as well.

Awesome staff, forgot my drinks at the counter, staff member (I wish I had her name...was the at 12:36 8/20 she was at the register near pickup) brought them over and got us straws and napkins. Food was hot and fresh.

Never a long wait in the drive thru and staff is always nice. Kinda disappointed that lately their quality on the biscuits are little more on the crispier side rather than fluffier biscuits in the past.

This is a good location. I typically shop at the Walmart right next door, and this is a great place for me to pick up dinner for the family. The staff is friendly and my order is usually as-expected.

My experience here was horrible! They couldnt get my order correct. The managers on duty werent of any help. I never did receive what I ordered. Poor customer service indeed.
