Terrible manager. I went to get some pizza and I love the donatos in Columbus. So I decided to go to the donatos in my hometown solon. I ordered online. Came in when it was suppose to be done. My order wasnt completed had to wait extra 20 minutes. Then when I got there, I had $25 in my hand the order was $22.99 by mistake i gave the manager $22. You know what she said to me?! "You want me to keep a pizza?!" The dollar was in my hand!!!!! If you to be treated like trash go here. If you want to be treated like a person go to dominos next to the cvs, Ive been going since I have been living in solon (10 years) excellent pizza and service and it is cheaper. Save some money get treated like a person DOMINOS.

Great Food! I LOVE their Big Don Italian Sub, its a true Italian grinder with a nice toasted bun! Their pizza is great with either the thin & crisp or hand tossed crust!! The delivery can be pretty slow so I just pick-up at the drive through and I can usually get my order in 20 minutes!

They dont care when they screw up an order, they told me they would send a new pizza out, and then it never came, called the next day they said they were really sorry about that, they never did credit my card like they said they would. Horrible manager, and snobby kids work there.

The pizza tastes great. However they seem unable to get the order correct. Its no longer worth the effort to order a pie, go to pick it up, and then have to wait 20 minutes more while they make it again. Ive wasted hours and hours waiting. Im done.

My company buys us pizza. Orders atleast 50 larges for 3 shifts.have to tell you. Its the worst pizza money can buy.green olives on a pizza? Sauce .to much. No cheese.terrible pizza plain n simple.we told the company no more from there plz.

Delivery guy was friendly, expect to get your pizza about +5min after the estimated time (pretty good for pizza places). Pizza was very well prepared, as usual. Great distribution of toppings and plenty of them!

I ALWAYS order pizza from here and pay over the phone with my credit card. Now the new store manager "Eric" has a problem as well as horrible customer service. I WILL NEVER SERVICE THIS STORE AGAIN!

Ordered twice. Both times order was wrong. They promised me a credit and never gave it to me. Its a sign of the times, prices are way up, service and quality is way down.

As far as chain pizza places go, they are pretty good. Service is quick, they have a drive through (nice in the winter) and they always have coupons or specials.
