The food was terrible, we went with my family on Saturdays morning, around 2 am to be exactly and our order wasnt what we expected to. First at all the menu was all changed and shorter than a typical IHOPs 5 or 6 pages menu. It seemed like this was kind of an express I HOP???! One of the plates was supposed to come with mushrooms (which we just found 4 of them) and listed at the menu as "sirloin", sirloin my @$#%¢!!!. It tasted just like greasy cow liver. And on top of that the signature plate... Pancakes, they were not this heavenly fluffy and soft dough; they were undercooked! Bacon was itself a 10% fat and 90% meat (not kidding!) To get even worse, after paying a normal IHOP price ($7 to $11) and trying to eat this crap, my cousin and I got stomach ache the next day and throwed up several times. Its sad that an american "top" breakfast restaurant chain screwed up like this. Thinking about this whole situation definitely terrifies me because now Im hesitating of what could came in my plate wasnt fresh at all. That is 99.99% possible. If it wasnt because we had to keep awaked for a long road trip we would really had left this place.

The Young Lady Jasmine Did A Great Job Helping Us Very Nice And Sweet My Cheese Sticks Were Cold So I Gave It to Her To Get Fresh New One She Did That She Was Only One Helping Customers The Young Lady Corey Was Very Rude And Very Disrespectful I Had To Get Up And Get My Own Cheese Sticks Because The Young Lady Jasmine Was Helping Customers The Lady Corey Wasnt doing Anything And Was To Lazy To Bring My Cheese Sticks I Told Her She Could Have Brought My Cheese Sticks But She, Wanted To Tell Me That She Was Off The Clock So Rudely She, Shrugs Her Shoulders And Talked Back And Then She Started Talking On Her Cell Phone Still Not Doing Anything She Keep Going In And Out The Back Making Loud, Noises And On Her Phone And Jasmine Still Helping People But Corey Say She Off The "Clock"And You Cant Be Off The Clock If Your Restocking Everything And Talking For 29 Minutes

I ordered food over the phone, when I went in and it seems like every time I go in there the person who took my order is no where to be found. The servers there arent friendly at all usless of course you happen to be a man (mostly women) then all hands on deck. I stood there for 15 minutes and got asked twice if i was being helped mind you my server came 5 minutese after i got there. I said no and they just kept moving. They kept saying her name and passing by her, but no one told her I was standing there. Then one of the girls Anastsia(the one who originally asked me the first time and was no help) told her i was waiting for her. I almost flipped. I hate them!!!!!! They suck. And the girl had the nerve to have an attitude and slapped my money in my hands. And forgot my coffee. THEY WILL NEVER GET A TIP FROM ME.......... NEVER!!!!

There are just 2 tables. Im waiting to be seated while the waiter is cleaning menus and setting everything before finish his shift. The other waitress is closing the other area, kept cleaning and just told me to sit on The first table on the other side. After 5 minutes, I got tired of waiting for the menus and I had to ask for them. Nobody offered a drink, and then I realized the waiter was waiting for the next one to start the shift to take our order. I observed when this employee came in late and my waiter had all the intention to left me waiting for her. He was very kind when I asked for the menus, but still got a lot to improve when it comes to customer service.

This has been by far the worst iHop experience ever. We waited entirely too long to be seated. My order was completely screwed up, and I had to wait for the correct order. By the time my food arrived, it was still wrong and everyone else had already completed their meals. By the way, all I ordered was cracked cheese eggs, well done hash and rye toast. How could that take an extra 20 minutes and still be wrong? Ill NEVER return

Its tight in there. Food was not bad but definitely not great. There were 2 flies flying around. Our kids ordered cupcake pancakes and received what I would call "regular pancakes with sprinkles in top." It sucked. And then the manager said he would fix it and what he brought were exactly the same pancakes. We also ordered the red velvet pancakes, they just looked like burnt brown pancakes.

Bad food. Take them forever to make a sandwich. Asked for crepe. The genius made it in the same oil he cooked the meat. Disgusting. Waitresses are terrible. Doesnt matter how good u tip them. Rude, unprofessional and racist. Will serve black people that came 10 min after me and will keep ignoring me. Dont waste your time or money. Garbage

Just had breakfast experience was wonderful food was delicious as usual have not eaten there in more than 10 years and the standardized recipes are still being followed to the T servers were very professional yet made you feel very comfortable and very friendly atmosphere cant wait to go back

Servers rather speak amongst themselves than tend the tables... bring incomplete orders and have attitudes when asked for remaining items... dropped the check before completely bringing order... gave my daughter a pancake 3x the portion size... she didnt even touch it...

Parking area not safe at all, our car stolen last Friday from the parking, they havent camera to cover the parking, while we are waiting for the police more than one came to us and said this is normal, we are seeing this case every day.so take care when you park there

I ordered a Colorado omelette... it was delicious until I found a piece of a ketchup packet in it, that I almost swallowed... Knowing how i open packets, i cant help but wonder if it was in somebodys elses mouth already... The waitress comped my meal.

Me and my family have been going to this IHOP since I was a baby. the food is always great, And so is the service. Everyone is always in a good mood and it puts you in a good mood too. I always leave with a full stomach and a big smile on my face.

We were greeted as soon as we stepped inside. Very friendly and attentive. Our server was Jasmine. She makes great Arnold Palmers. There wasnt a long wait & The food was piping hot and tasty. Thank You for a good experience.

Sat there for 15 minutes, wasnt even greeted or anything. Yea it looked kind of busy but 3 other tables around me were either empty or had the check on the table. Wasnt even acknowledged for the 15 minutes after we were sat.

Their so called deals and combos always comes with a catch. They said I can get a stack of pancakes with my combo, I asked how many pancakes are in a stack he said 4. When the combo came I only saw 2 pancakes on my plate.

Our server Jasmine was wonderful. The new pancakes were delicious. I have been going to this IHOP since I was a little girl. I am going to be 60 and I will continue to eat here because it is a great place to eat.
