This place is always packed around breakfast time, and with that youre going to have to have to wait a little bit longer for your food. But this last time was ridiculous, my family had the worst server ever she didnt even deserve the $5 tip my husband gave her. We waited 20 minutes before she took our food and drink order. After 30 minutes we called the manager about our drinks, only to find out our drink order was never place because he sent someone else to retake it. My children finally their food after a hour. Which judging from the whipped cream on their pancakes, looked like it had been sitting there for a while. And still no drinks (seriously what is so hard about putting orange juice in a cup and bring coffee)! Another 20 minutes go by and she brings my children their juices with my meal as well as my husbands. And both of our orders were screwed up and kinda cold, we also had to remind her AGAIN about our coffees. My husband and I were almost done with our breakfast when she finally brings coffee and (not to our surprise) she managed to screw that up too. She brought us some pumpkin spice coffee instead of what we ordered. Smh never again!

Really worst service as a server drinks 45. Min severe 2 2 top 1 6 top throw the napkins on the table food was hot after speaking to the manager never felt so dis respected.i am a great sever I relied on my tips but really... Never put foot in there ...Am sorry but Just never...I never leave a table with out tipping but ..Just couldnt... Theres no reason why.... U didn introduction of self or have a name bag on and u did dis miss us as u didnt care the manager know the person that was with A VA and u didnt have a dam.. Really pis at u ...To u as a sever who have name in DC an Maryland... When a guest come in to eat where u work treat them like family ..Your tips would be great and when other guests see that they asking for u your tips will be really great and then they will proud to tell thre friends and family about and your tips will be formable..Just Remember u only have your name Your sevecis .....I am know as Bahama..In DC at Dennys..At Bob Evans@197 Sam club Severn u can call them and ask for The Bahama.. Your Name Your Sevecis....Take that in a count but if are one those who are passing through ..Just Remember we are being of service

By far the worst experience Ive ever had at an ihop location anywhere nationwide. I waited 40 mins after ordering to receive my drink and an hour to receive my food. I didnt even receive my utensils until AFTER my food and drinks were on my table for over 5 mins. My pancakes eggs and bacon were all hard and cold and I was then asked "what do you want me to do about that? reheat it or make it over" I was beyond shocked at that question, I would like to think they would take the order and get a new order out immediately. I also ordered hash browns and I never received them at all. I had to replace my tropical island twist twice because each time there was something black floating in the bottom on the glass. I ordered strawberry banana pancake and received regular pancakes and was brought a small black plastic cup with strawberries inside and was then asked if I wanted to put it on myself or should the waiter put it in my plate and no bananas. This place was truly a horrific experience. As a tourist visiting Florida and it being my first day having breakfast Im highly disappointed and would never return here.

the WORST customer service. When my friends and i and my 2 year old got seated to eat the waitress chatted and laughed with her coworkers having me wait about 15 minutes for a high chair for my son. And when she finally brought it she was sighing as if we were bothering her. Then my friend eggs came without the cheese and her food also came out when were halfway through our food. She sent the food back for cheese and had to wait longer. All they did was sprinkle some cheese on top and melted it but that took forever to come out!! So... Ok never going back to eat there. So now we just order... Omggg even worst. They would answer the phone and say hold and you hear laughing and gossiping in the background. And they have you on hold for almost 10 minutes. Sometimes they dont even come back to the phone. I dont care how busy it is that is just very bad customer service. I will forever tell ppl to avoid this location. Nasty ihop experience. If i never been to IHOP before id be so turned off for life. Management need to look into this location. Very unprofessional. majority of the workers have an attutide.

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would do so. This place was slower than slow, all of the reviews were correct on that note. They were also unprofessional and spoke very loudly about their personal business. We had to ask for refills and then refills were incorrect. The food came out five minutes apart and with no silver so of course it cooled while we waited. There was about a ten minute wait after sitting down until someone actually even took our order. Our waitress had to go and get ice from the back and disappeared for about fifteen minutes while two managers were sitting around doing nothing. When we went to pay, there were about 6 workers at the register including a manager. They all left and when we asked if we could pay, they refused to help us until our particular server could be located. Also, the restaurant was nearly empty, only 6 tables with 5 servers and the hostess sat the loudest people at a table right behind ours instead of spacing them out properly. Horrible experience from beginning to end.

Lets see, this is difficult to describe. The lady serving me was sweet and called me "Baby" but OMG was the service slow. It took 25 minutes to get my coffee. I ordered a tall stack of buttermilk pancakes but received a short stack. On top of that the plate was so small it barely held the pancakes. I went to the counter to get a large plate but all the plates the waitress picked up were dirty! So she asked the dishwasher to bring a plate, he gave attitude about it but never brought the plate. My sweet waitress went to get it. Also I have to say that some of the customers here have no social grace what so ever! Its as if they belong in cages instead of society! I dont plan to go back, even though I did like being called BABY. :-)

This place SUCKS!! The manager is reprehensible, and has no managing skill. Just some douche who is rude to his customers. The service was deplorable and we received our food before we even got our drinks (all waters). After complaining about the egregious service the manager was fed up and threw a tantrum, ultimately asking us to leave, rudely. I have never in my life received such poor service in my life, from any establishment, even outside the realm of dining. I wish I could fathom how bad this was but words do this experience an injustice. I wish I could articulate this a bit better. I hope this guy dies while eating food at his IHOP. Its rather humorous too, cause Im normally not so opprobrious. Die fatman, die!!
