Arrived at 9:39 PM. Big mistake!!! First of all apparently late diners dont get fresh salad. some of the lettuce was wilted and in the whole salad we counted 2 slices of tomato and 1 olive. Looked like leftovers!! We told them when we arrived that my son was joining us and ordered his food so as to not hold them up. At 9:53 the server asked us what time my son was arriving because they were locking the doors at 10. I called him. He had taken a wrong turn and said he would be there a few minutes after 10. I let the server and the hostess know the update on his arrival time. At 10:02 my server informed me that they had locked the door and my son couldnt come in. He arrived at 10:04. The manager absolutely refused to let him in......insisted that it was a security issue and she would lose her job if she let him in!!! We left without eating..... 1.If this represents Darden policy....disempowering management to make any kind of individual judgement call, they have lost my respect AND business 2. I have owned a businesses for 28 years..... over 50 employees. If my management team would treat customers the way I was treated... we would not be in business anymore. Rules are guidelines- Empower your managers to make judgement calls in favor of your clients. What I asked... very nicely...was to make a small exception to company policy... exactly 4 minutes so I could enjoy dinner with my son who had driven in from Tallahassee to have dinner with me. 3. Isnt this what Olive Garden is all about.... friends, family, celebration???? If you are going to advertise it....... JUST SAYIN!!!! Shame on you... now I know why Darden is losing out in the market

We went here for a friends birthday and didnt have the greatest experience. Seemed like our waitress played the disappearing act throughout our visit. I had to get up numerous times to get things such as napkins, re-fills and to go box. My steak was medium well when I ordered medium rare. The manager did come out to tell me she saw the steak and agreed it was over cooked. They brought another one out that was a bit better. (still more medium than not) I didnt bother sending it back a second time because everyone was already a third of the way through their meal and I was pretty hungry. Had to eat cold potatoes with my warm steak because they failed to bring me fresh sides...... On a positive note, the other meals my family ordered were delicious, the wine was good and half off from the bar while you are waiting on a table. The atmosphere is lively and well decorated. Staff seem to be put together fairly decent and have very good manners. I might try it again in a few weeks to see if it was just an "off" night.

The dining experience i just had at my local olive garden was the worst i have ever had. The restaurant was not busy and it took an obscene amount of time to receive everything. Our server, Stephanie B, was completely inadequate. It took us 20 minutes to get our drinks, which she later admitted had been sitting at the bar the whole time. Also, our appetizer was cold because she thought someone had already brought it to us. My dinner was delivered to the table behind me, and then brought to me after she realized her mistake. We were also asked if we did not mind boxing our own food, as she was too busy to do so. It also took an additional 15 minutes or so to receive my credit card back after paying. I will never return to this location. I believe our server should receive additional training to not make these mistakes in the future.

I will never come back to this Olive Garden again. Ive never experienced such terrible service at a restaurant. We asked that our main entree be made after we received our appetizers but that was too difficult a task for the talented kitchen staff at Olive Garden. When we received our food it had obviously been sitting for at least 30 minutes. Our server was completely incompetent, either it was her first day or Olive Garden makes it a point to hire idiots. I know this review is harsh but Im so angry over this terrible experience that I felt the need to write this with a torn rotator cuff and my arm in a sling.

Today I took my husband to lunch at olive garden in leesburg fl.hey.441 and that was the only part of being there that I enjoyed. I ordered shrimp Alfredo, they bought me chicken scampi.so I sent that back next they bring me supposed to be shrimp Alfredo, I have never seen Alfredo covered with green peppers and they were uncooked and the Alfredo was made with angel hair pasta.so needless to say my lunch was just salad. So the manager took it off my bill.but someone needs to learn how to make Alfredo. No bell peppers.

I was so impressed with our server shaylyn....as usual it was a busy night with several large parties.. But as we sat just the two of us we were very easily overlooked by many but our server.shaylyn...came to our rescue and with a wonderful smile and disposition.shaylyn took amazing care of us .. We felt so welcomed.. The food was amazing and I am so impressed with the new items on the menu..thank you shaylyn for going above and beyond tonight for us...we will be back to see you

Dont do it. This location is a terrible Olive Garden. On a day unlike any other, not busy, but plenty of cars in the parking lot... our party of 8 waited 90 minutes to be seated (we were told it would be 20). Not to mention... one of my own pet peeves.... plenty of clean tables avaliable. Rooms not used. (But I get it) what I dont get.... Rude hosts. Slow and LAZY service. We got there at 6 and left after 9! Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Let me say it again. Do not go here.

This is a terrible Olive Garden. I dont recommend it to anyone. The food was bad and the service was worse. Every table around us had the same experience as well. Even the water tasted terrible. I usually dont write about a bad experience because I believe everyone is entitled to a bad day, but this is my second bad experience here. I wont be returning.

Food was normal, it was good. But the service left more to be desired. We had a server that Im not too sure wanted to be in the restaurant business. Its one thing to have okay food, its another to pay for disappointing service on top of that. Ill probably go back because I like some of the food here, but the service was very underwhelming.

The manager was amazing... Our server on the other hand was horrible. Forgot to put in our appetizer, took over 15 minutes just for drinks, checked on us maybe twice and Im pretty sure its because the manager said something to him. Didnt even bother bringing us the check. I ended up paying on the iPad.
