Originally I was not impressed because there is really no "show". BUT our Birthday celebration for my 10 year old grandson was FANTASTIC!! He loved the fire display and having someone cook his delicious dinner right in front of him....they also did a lovely presentation of his birthday cake.with a gong and sparklers. The waitress was very attentive (with out knowing she was there) and the Chef was talented and very attentive to the birthday boy!! On top of all that the prices are extremely reasonable for a Japanese steakhouse. It was an over all great experience for our guy! We will be back!!

There were 9 in our group. It took 1/2 hour for server to come to table to get our drink order. Then the staff was NOT friendly at all. Never got a smile from any staff member. We have been to other places like this- usually they put on a little show - our chef we had just prepared the food no show at all. Disappointing to say the least. Had to hunt down the server to get our checks - waited another 20 - 25 minutes to get those then they were not correct. Do NOT go there !!!!

Osaka is just all around gross. The food is inauthentic and really greasy. It tastes like its been smothered in oil and fats. The sushi got me sick, and it smells very fishy; a sign that it is going bad. The building is filled with mold and cockroaches and the bathrooms look like they are hardly every cleaned. The waiting staff is very unfriendly and do not bother to help you. It would just be a safe choice not to go.

New guy on the grill tonight. Hes learning to cook and I understand it takes time. The food was so-so but this guy is 4 days new and already on the grill. Trial by fire. I didnt like paying $47 for a meal that was so-so. Scallops were cooked waaaaayyy too long and the rice was under seasoned. Like I said the cook was new and hes learning. Great personality just not up to the standard....yet! He will be in time.

I didnt like anything about it the rice taste like burnt popcorn see what people mean when they say bull dog expression they dont smile at all I am from Oklahoma and loved Osaka there these people are NO ENTERTAINMENT and when I told the hostess when I paid he didnt even say a word to us she said of thats cuz he dont speak English really wtf if I had a choice they wouldnt get the 1 star they are getting

Was very displeased with it. The food was good, it was very well priced and clean. But as far as the staff, other than the blond white girl they were quite unfriendly and the chefs have no showmanship. My wife and i have been to many hibachi grills all over central Florida and this is by far the worse we have been to. Would not recommend it and definitely would not tell first timers to go to this one.

Jason our cook was amazing! The food was well prepared, he was polite. My drink was refilled without asking. The Bathroom had a clean smell. 10/10 would dine there forever if I could. Well priced, lunch menu is more economical than dinner menu, perfect. Go eat here! You wont be disappointed!

We were a group of 6 going there for my birthday. There were several tables perfect for out group but they sat us with others already there. I ask if we could have the other table for our family birthday celebration and they would not accomadate. SO WE LEFT AND WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE!!

The food was great and our waitress was friendly. Our cook just came out and started cooking, didnt say anything and no show like normal. But it was good food for a lot cheaper than most steakhouses. We will come again.

This will be my second time visiting the Osaka Japanese Steakhouse. The food is always delicious and hot made right in front of you. The waitresses are very nice, overall I rate this restaurant five stars.
