We have been here several times. The food is sub par compared to other Panaras. Service is constantly bad. Orders are often messed up, the managers and staff are rude when its pointed out. They run out of things often, why stay open for dinner if only one soup is available.

I love them but man the prices are higher. Not say anything is bad. Food and ingredients are fresh which I guess justifies the price to an extent. Love their lattes.
