I came to olive garden for lunch with my mom. I personally stopped coming for awhile because the food has been subpar in the past but my mom wanted to come. At first I was impressed although they where very busy they where polite and we were seated in an acceptable amount of time. Our waitress took our order and the food came out. My mother and I both had the chicken gnocchi soup. With in 3 or 4 bites i bit roughly into a quarter size chunk of bone. Not even seconds later my mom bit into a smaller bone. We spoke to the manager who said it happens and he would make a consumer complaint. I tham recieved ministoni firat bowl was amazing the second batch all my veggies were raw. Now call me crazy if I was the manager and this happened I would have comped the meal or tried to make up for it in some way. We bearly received a sorry. I WILL not going back.

Went on 2-22-16 Service was terrible. After a 35 minute wait for salads and soups. No refill on drinks. Then 15 more minutes of a table being ignored by staff. Having to walk up front to ask for a manager because the wait staff was not in the dinning room at all. At 50 minutes our food arrives all meals were luke warm at best due to sitting in the back why the wait staff were up front talking and not doing their job. The manager on duty was worthless and should be terminated. My advice is to go to the south side or over to brandon or tampa. Do not go to the north side lakeland location.

My food for lunch today was just terrible. Tasted like it had been sitting out forever. Wasnt fresh at all I got calamari and it was to the point where it was soggy and gross. I request new food and waitress grabs it off my plate and says Ill put it back in the fryer. I said no I want fresh ones. I just couldnt it. The salad had barley ant dressing on it had to ask for more dressing. Also when we walked in it smelt god awful. I guess they were having bathroom problems which isnt much they can do about that but still it was just not a good experience today at all.

We arrived at the restaurant to find that they were no longer honoring more than 1 coupon per table, even though we requested separate checks. A request to speak to the manager resulted in a reversal of that decision. Our appetizer came out at the same time as our soup and salad. One of our party requested a refill of his soup. Twice, before it finally arrived after the rest of us had finished our meals. The waiter never asked us if we would like refills on our drinks. All in all, our visit to Olive Garden was less than satisfactory.

This was our 3rd (and last) visit to this particular Olive Garden. Bar staff rude and teaching a new staff member how to mix drinks while customer is waiting for drink (but no other customers to serve). Attitude was "youre just gonna have to wait". Even got drink bill 10 minutes before drink!! Food portion unsatisfactory (compared to other Olive Gardens weve visited)! Closing section DURING our dinner which meant putting chairs on tables. 3 strikes...youre out. Choose another restaurant in Lakeland...there are many better!

I usually have a good experience. Today it was not a good one. I had a hair in my soup. At this point I had lost my appetite. The flat bread my sons girlfriend had ordered was burnt and we were basically done with our meal by the time it came... Making for an uncomfortable time. No visit from a manager at all. Something is wrong in this kitchen. To be clear, this family of 5 usually goes in to spend over 100 bucks easy when we visit.... This will just make those moments very very rare.

Olive garden restaurant are good but this one has the worst upkeep and management ever . Everything is dirty in this place and the food is not consistent at all . Food might be cold from bad service or sometimes its the fact that the heat is off on the soup pot. This is a management issue only . If you have a chance to go to the olive garden on Harden Blvd in Lakeland then you will get very good service and food thats good CONSISTENTLY.. The place is clean also .

I like the food, but I do think k they hiked the price up juuuust a bit beyond the quality of the food. Its not enough to deter me, but its a bit of a turn off at times. The Zuppa Tuscana is my go to soup, potatoey sausagey goodness there. Creamy, but not too thick. The braised beef tortellini is good if youre in the mood for something savory, but otherwise they have the garlic rosemary chicken for lighter dinners.

The waitress was very blah not very happy to be serving us.... food arived and my plate was cold when I told the waitress she just said ok and took the plate.... my husbands salmon was rubbery almost like it was in the freezer for years and my sons plate tasted like it was microwaved the only thing good was the salad and bread.

After a very long day of construction my husband, daughter, and I had a lovely meal with our server Ashley H. She was amazing, so sweet, and so kind. We couldnt have ask for someone better. You were always trying to help give us the best service. Thank you for everything. We really enjoyed our evening with you. You rock!

Ive been here twice now and the service is terrible. First you have to get through the staff smoking out front. Then navigate the rude hostesses that triple seat your waitress so you are waiting forever to get anything. Then listen to the waitress complain about it thru the meal. And that was just one of the visits.

No consistency here. One time great service next time awful service. Ordered Alfredo w/chicken and the chicken is chewy (which grilled chicken should not be) sat with dirty tray of dishes next to out table for 20 min. 15 min for refill on drinks. Management you need to get your act together

We were seated immediately. The restaurant was clean. The food was excellent. The service was wonderful. Our server Crystal provided the right amount of attention without hovering. My tea glass stayed full without requesting a refill. My wife and I definitely enjoyed the entire experience.

We thought we would treat ourselves to a nice lunch with our Christmas gift card. I ordered meat sauce (it had no meat) I hardly had enough sauce to cover all the spaghetti. Meatballs were terrible! Very dissatisfied! Now I dont know where to spend my other Olive Garden gift cards!!!

Fantastic food and fantastic service! Expect to pay about $10-$15 a plate, but it is worth it, especially for a relaxing or romantic dinner. If you love wine, this is the place! They always offer wine samples and of course we always get a glass! Thank you for the great work, keep it up!

Its Olive Garden. Its not authentic, but you know what youre getting into when you walk in the door. Its not bad, but nothing to write home about, but only because there probably already one back home. The wine is overpriced for the selection they carry.
