I have been to this taco bell a hundred times over the last few years. (Before and after they moved) They have not once gotten my order correct in all those visits. At first it was annoying, then it became a game to see how they would mess it up this time and finally now we dont even bring it back for them to fix. Low expectations is your friend here.

This particular location has always been consistent. Ive always received fresh tasting food from this Taco Bell. The one in the Villages; KFC/Taco Bell, will leave you disappointed more times than not. I prefer to drive to Leesburg if I want fresh tasting taco Bell. Even after the drive home, theyre still better than the one in the Villages.

Its hit or miss here.. Few times Ive gotten tea so old you can smell it before you drink it.. Sometimes you end up with burnt chalupa shells.. And sometimes you have no issues at all.. This location has friendly staff that is willing to work with you on these issues.. But they shouldnt be issues to start.

Wait time seems to be longer. I get that cars in drive thru were amybe 7 but inside wait was like 15 mins. They still forgot 2 items on my ticket had to wait for that. Watched an employee text on phone with white gloves on then grab the paper stuff for tacos then touched food. Wow

I dont know if its the time of day that i go (usually evenings) or what, but every time i go to this taco bell, its always the nicest experience. I dont know if its just the one guy but its always super friendly and courteous. Also the food is usually made well and what i ordered.

This Taco Bell is pretty great! I usually go through the drive way because its my go to food whenever Im running errands and I get hungry! But they are always fast and super nice. Sometimes Ive had some rude people help me but its not often. I still go to this place! :)

The employees here are so friendly and I actually really enjoy going here. BUT Lamar (dark skin light eyes) the guy that usually brings the food to the cashier at the window is creepy as S**T! He stares at u with a rapist smile. Its weird

This is a very busy restaurant for fast food but it is very convenient to shopping. The restaurant was not only for single patrons but there were many families dining in the dining room when I was there.
