UPDATED: I went back for the cheesy tots. They were out of them but the service has dramatically improved and it seems that they are taking more of an effort. I updated the rating. Lets start at the very beginning of this experience. I wasnt feeling very well, and really just didnt want to deal with anyone to start, so with that being said, I realize Im already a little bit more cranky than usual so I give them the benefit of the doubt and bite my tounge more than most of the entire time. I went through the drivethru, I just wanted something inside my tummy so I could continue my day without a growling hunger running deep. I could barely here the girl, the speaker kept going in and out and when she was able to be heard it was screaming pitch. I proceed anyway, Ive already come this far, so lets finish this out. I see the fresher options, grilled chicken salad. Its marked around 5.45$ so I call out the salad and see it ring up on the screen at 6.85$. It confused me why they would advertise one price but have it be another. I ask the girl why its ringing up different and whatever she attempted to say couldnt be heard but the final word I could muster was, "Did you still want the salad". With that explanation I couldnt resist, I ordered cheesy tots and 2 whopper Jrs as well. I pull up and pay for the order, no recipt given. I pull to the second window, she hands me my whoppers and cheesy tots and then the salad. I check before I leave and see I paid 6.85$ for lettuce and two sliced tomato pieces. At this point, Im annoyed, I really just wanted to cancel everything and go back home l but I just spent 12$ on food and so I pull back into the drive thru to see a few cars, argh, I park and get out. I walked in to a semi clean resturant and see a young woman taking a couples order and I proceed to wait behind them, looking back to see a fully staffed kitchen. Short staffed didnt seem to be the problem today. Its my turn so I ask for the manager. Im still deciding at this point if Im going to cancel and get my money back, she seems friendly and I remind myself Im just being cranky. She asks what the problem is and I hand her my lettuce and ask where the chicken ran off too. She turns and starts getting loud at the staff in the back. I found comfort that she was just as annoyed by the situation as I was, she leaves and comes back a few minutes later with the same salad but now added chicken too it. She asked if I had gotten a drink to go with it, I believe this was an attempt to either offer me something for annoyance or to try and sell me a drink. Communication wasnt very clear with that one so I just declined, thanked her and left back to my car. Im giving 1 star, on multiple reasoning. Mostly because the service was crap, but after leaving and eating one of the whopper Jr burgers, I found it to be one of the nasiest burgers I ever had from burger king. The bread was stale yet soggy, like it had been sitting back there over night. The salad had literally lettuce, chicken and 2 slices of tomato. For the price of that salad you would think it would have more too it. The only thing I found okay was the cheesy tots. So, I rate the quality, quantity and value at 1 star as well. The experience was poor.

One star is one to many for this place, but I couldnt get it to stay zero stars. I have tried three times at this BK to get a grilled chicken parmesan sandwich. The first time they told me they where out of them. The second time it was covered in melted American cheese and a spot of tomato sauce. This third (and last) time it came with no parmesan cheese, no sauce, but had a half inch layer of mayonnaise and wilted lettuce. I hate mayonnaise. The only reason I go there at all is to get Whopper burgers for my husband. Horrible, horrible place. Told him I will never stop at any BK ever again. Third time was NOT a charm. How do these places stay in business? Also, there was no receipt in the bag so I probably couldnt get a refund if I tried.

Now look. I feel petty just sitting down with the intent to write a review about Burger King. But damn, this place is horrible! If you arent being yelled at through the speaker by some girl who sounds like her episode of Jerry Springer is airing that afternoon, youre being handed the wrong order. I ordered a Salad and was handed a Chocolate shake and a Whopper...after I had paid. Then I was told by queen Springer herself that my order was shake and a burger. Listen, I know Im fat...but IT WAS A SALAD. A SALAD! Its a drama fest in there. Lol. Never again. Never.

You should get no stars. I had a coupon for 2 bacon ch burgers, 2 small fries, and 2 small drinks. Ordered one with no pickles, no onions. I told them Id only need one drink. Will that complete your order. Id like the drink to be a Sprite. (wasnt asked) I got my order after 6 min. When will I learn to check the bag. I got the burger with the correct marking on the wrapper. The receipt said no pickle. I got one with pickles, mustard and a swipe of ketchup. Only one fry. 7 miles each way. No Im not bringing it back so you can replace it.

Me and my family visited today for breakfast... to start with our croissant sandwiches we ordered ( sausage, egg and cheese) neither had cheese on them. After we finally got cheese on our sandwiches a woman who ordered her food from from the drive threw came in and requested a refund do to the fact they got her order wrong too and the bacon was under cooked. And looked disgusting.

I ordered food home and order was competley wrong I order chicken sand.ànd fries got that but I ordered some bacon sand. Didnt get got round chicken sand.with cheese gross I ordered!whopper and I got a double! Whopper too much meat your store really stinks you need to get a distcuit manager in there to clean up that store terrible service

The lady in drive thru was very rude with us and rang up our order wrong. When we tried to tell her the order was wrong she never tried to correct it. She even slammed the window shut in our faces. We will no longer be going to this store. I work in food service and I know this is no way to treat the customers you are suppose to serve.

The last three times I went here they messed up my order each time (drive thru). The last time I went there they gave me an order of Chicken Fries that were inedible and one of the catsup packs they gave me had been opened and there was dried catsup all over the outside. Nasty. And the staff are rude. Never going back to this one.

We ate tonight at Your location on Citrus Blvd in Leesburg Fl. It was about 7:00PM. There was only 2 other people in there. We were told by the worker they had no onion rings and no hot dogs. There are ads on the windows telling about your hot dogs. But they had no hot dogs or onion rings. Not good for future business.
