Ive walked out of Subway on Magnolia St. today without my lunch; due to not only my sandwich being misplace??dont ask, but at least 5 sandwiches were lined up on the counter, and none of the servers knew which sandwich belonged to which customer and the customers were backed up almost to the front door. Its always pretty slow, but today...was unacceptable. Not to mention the scene a woman came in to cause with one of the servers. Im glad Jimmy Johns delivers.

A pretty standard Subway restaurant. The sandwiches are made about like usual, with the same variety and quality of any other restaurant in the franchise. Theyre pretty quick, even when busy. There is a decent parking area, which isnt very common for restaurants in downtown Spartanburg. Great place to go if youre in a hurry. If you want a better sandwich and you have more time, go to either Grouchos or Converse Deli.

Service was fast and friendly - pretty much par for the course, weve found. The real customer service came when, within the course of 45 seconds, my kid knocked my hubs sandwich on the floor and my other kid fell out of his chair. The workers quickly came to our aid, checking on our son and giving us a new sandwich. They didnt have to do either of those things! Needless to say, we will be back!

great place with a great location. good employees. pretty friendly. My only problem is out of last five times Ive wanted to stop by here to get a sandwich, Three times Its been closed. I dont understand how a place like this would be straight up closed on the weekend. I can see adjusted hours but closed?

Every time Ive eaten here the staff have been friendly and polite. They are quite efficient at making your order fast and accurate. Nice and clean location also.
