I perviously worked here for only three days till the 3rd day I was horribly harrassed and sent home that day by the manger named terrisa,I was not trained at all,on that 3rd day it was also a Friday! Iknew barley anything at all she was just screaming at me the entire time,but the funny thing was is the 1st day corporate showed up and trained me on how to cook burgers with the proper attchment on the grill the right way,but the manger prefers not to use it because there too dumb too work with it that say its "just in the way" soo on that 3rd day it was tooken off ,right after they were told too leave it on lmao,what a joke this manger is,not only that I walked in the 2ed day and the entire place was flooded with water due to some dumbass knocked the pipe fitting loose of course they couldnt fix it,they just mopped over and over till I came in and attached it back on took 10 secs to do! ,thats the reason why its one of the slowest burger Kings in the USA .poorley ran by a derka derr!

THIS IS A HORRIBLE PLACE! My fiance currently works at this location. It was supposed to be a short term job, since hes more of a maintenance type of worker, but unfortunately he cant find another job. Hes worked overtime the majority of the time hes been there, gets mistreated by 2 of the managers repeatedly, busts his butt trying to pick up everyones slack and still gets the short stick! If he had another job in line Id beg him to quit. This place has torn him down significantly. Specifically the crew/managers. Long story short, if you want poor service and to walk away feeling insulted, this is just the place for you!

This is the local "training store" for BK. Basically this means the managers and the staff are untrained and clueless. Ive lived in citrus hills for 13 years and I can count the number of correct orders Ive gotten from here on one hand. Even after they fix the order, its the definition of junk food. Prices are also high compared to McDs, and with the new McDonalds down the road it can only be a matter of time before this BK closes up.

This restaurant is always busy, have visited at alot of different times the people always are helpful and seen to know what to if an accident happens (pop dropped on the main floor) they got it cleaned up like now, put out floor way cones to let other customers know about the probably of being slippery. Good communication between workers!

I dont really ever go to BK but ive stopped by this ine several times. This BK shares a building with a gas station and while it may not be the most appealing you get what you expect from a cheap chain burger joint.

I work here and I wouldnt recommend coming here. Were going through a lot of policy and managerial changes at the moment (starting July 2012) so things may well end up getting better.
