Was great and fresh but the only problem was my son hates onions and specifically asked for no onions the first time all the burgers had onions then the second town it was like they just scraped them off the burgers cause my son kept finding them on the bun. If you cant make them completely onion free then nicely explain that. If not then take the time to cook them right. We where the only ones around 10 at night they didnt have to rush. My son was very disappointed and would not let me stop at another one our entire road trip because of how dissapointed he was.

Customer service wasnt that great. When I walked in I didnt get welcomed. I felt like I was a bother to the person behind the counter. The service was quick and food was satisfactory. Im not sure but, it seemed like they were making fun of me after I got my food. Im not assuming they were but, I got a really awkward vibe from the workers. Idk

Dont let the outside of the store deceive you, the inside is clean. Weve been here 3 times in past few months and every time the food was good and the service was quick and speedy. The last time we went, we took the little one. One of the cashiers brought her out a cookie for free. What a good way to end the day.

Claims to be 24hrs this includes the dining room but they dont like to open it up after 10pm now I was a regular but because of their rudeness Ill take my business elsewhere dont eat at this Krystals less money for them and worth going elsewhere

The sign out front says open 24/7. The sign on the door says open every day 24 hrs inside and drive thru. The door was locked even though there were 2 workers inside and the lights were on. Its Sunday at 11:30 lunch time.

Service was horrible. Waited 15 min for 2 cheeseburgers and small fries....oh yeah and forgit my vanilla shake...another 6 minutes. No napkins or ketchup. The shake tasted like dirty socks. NEVER AGAIN

This has got to be one of the worst places around hands down you need to be out of all other options before you hit this place. I keep getting wet hamburgers from them I bet that doesnt happen anymore

This location is not 24 hours. Every time I try to go to this location late theyre closed. The number to the store says theyre 24 hours and everywhere online says it too but obviously they arent.

Friendly help, service excellent, they aim to please. I would love one in Largo, Clearwater, St Petersburg, or Pinellas Park FL! Have to drive all the way to Tampa Bay Florida.

Krystal is very similar to White Castle but the bun is different and they add mustard. Their buns reheat better in the microwave.
