Myself and three friends tried this place out for the first time tonight. The food was good quality but not extraordinary, upon asking for a split check the waitress immediately gained an attitude and claimed sarcastically "Why dont I bring you one check and you can split it, mkay?" (Not as bad as it sounds in text but you catch the drift). When the check finally came we noticed an 18% gratuity added on. Seeing as we were only a small group of four and werent given the best service I approached the supervisor regarding the issue. I claimed to her that there was no notification of this gratuity fine and that we dont have to pay it legally. She spat at my face (literally spit at my face) and claimed "okay show me where it says that! Go on, if you think youre smart enough" We promptly left after paying and decided never to go here again.

Manhattan Pizza is our familys go-to place for pizza delivery. Their NY-style pizza is consistently good-to-excellent, and they have the best straight non-margherita cheese pizza we have ever tasted (although we prefer the Quattro Formaggi). The others we enjoy are the Greek, Bada Bing, and Rustica. The Pepperoni and Hawaiian are less inspiring, but they do have some decent pepperoni rolls. Manhattans menu is surprisingly expansive beyond pizza but we have never ventured there with our orders and cant speak to the quality of those non-pizza items. For those in the delivery zone, weve found times to vary between 25 mins and an hour, with recent trends toward shorter times in the 25-40 min range. Manhattan has an online ordering system but its a bit wonky and the site is flash-enabled with (as far as I know) no mobile version.

So overall the pizza was very extremely close to New York style pizza and was very well put together. They use light sauce and its pretty mild in flavor, with very soft dough and cooked properly. The cheese however was a bit lacking for new york style. The reason I rated them poorly on Service was the driver complained to me and asked me not to order delivery anymore... He said I am too far in rush hour traffic and wanted me to not order. I am 3 miles from their location but you have to cross 28 to get to me from their location. If delivery was a problem he could have easily called me and stated that they did not deliver to my house and I could cancel the order or pick it up. I still tipped him 3 bucks on a single large pizza.

Pizza Here is amazing. Like others reviews said this is the first place I have found with real pizza not this crap dominos and pizza hut and poppa johns passes off as pizza. If you want the perfect pie/slice get off your lazy butt and drive there and get a fresh pie. people on here complain about getting cold pizza from delivery well thats because they are lazy. I eat here at lunch every day now and im telling you if you want to know what pizza should be then go to the resteraunt and dine there. everyone behind the counter is nice i dont know what others are talking about...service is great. go there with some respect and common decency and im sure you will have the same opinion.

Pizza is not what I would consider to be good or even decent. We ordered a margarita pizza and it came with sprinkled cheese instead of fresh mozzarella. We called them to let them know the pizza wasnt right and they told us that is how "they" make a margarita pizza. We had to go back and forth for 20 mins, finally they told us there was supposed to be fresh mozzarella and they agreed to send us a pepperoni pizza. And to be honey, the pepperoni pizza they sent, which took an hr and forty mins to get, wasnt that good. It was cold and chewy. Save yourself the trouble and oder elsewhere. Would give it 0 stars if google would allow.

I was extremely disappointed in the pizza. Worse that I have ever had outside of frozen. It was cold. I ordered 1/2 cheese and 1/2 supreme. Hardly any cheese on the cheese 1/2. So cold didnt even get the stringy you expect from a hot cheese pizza! More like cardboard. 1/2 supreme also missing cheese and if there was meat, it was hardly noticeable. I dont generally eat pizza but was looking forward to a change and sharing with my granddaughter. Overall bad experience.Perhaps you should take a lesson from Harris Teeters in Brambleton. Best Pizza ever!

This place is pretty mediocre. Last time I dined in the staff was pretty rude. I havent been in since. I try not to order delivery but they are convenient. Its hit or miss. Today was just foul. The chicken was cold and rubbery and clumped together. The delivery guy reeked of smoke. My whole office turned sour when he walked in. The food smelled like him. It was gross and not edible. *Warm* bottled drinks have shrunk in size too, price still the same. Will not order from again. Save yourself the money and misery and get something else.

Best pizza in Ashburn! Lived there since 1998 and swear by Manhattan. My kids are now hooked as well. Recently tried the "lo-carb" whole wheat crust and it is very good. Havent really orded much else so cannot comment on the other foods. I order at least one pizza every week or two and the pizza still tastes the same. Not sure what the prior reviewers are talking about.

the food was alright, they woman i dealt with on the phone was polite but there was no manager for me to talk to which i find odd any where ive been always has a manager on duty. the real thing that turned me off from this place was the driver being all pissy from me not giving him a big tip. i took them over an hour to deliver it so hes lucky he even got one

I had a cuppa chicken noodle soup and a chicken parm sandwich with fries. All three were fantastic. The soup was hot with nice chunks of chicken. The parma was by far one of the best Ive ever had: moist chicken, just the right amount of sauce, and melty cheese. And the fries were fresh and seasoned to perfection. Nice atmosphere, and lovely service.

Missing item with delivery and bad customer service! Driver said to call the restaurant and they would send a new driver out with the missing item. Called the restaurant and the manager said they were too busy and would not. I guess he feels like they dont need the business; I will keep that in mind the next time I wish to order pizza.

I ordered delivery and not only did it take nearly 2 hours to arrive, but they forgot parts of my order. When I called them back to ask for the missing food, they said they would be right over, but an hour later they closed and they never came. While the food is good, the service is extremely poor.

Best pizza in ASHBURN - hands down. If you like thinner crust pizza then this is the place for you. Have lived here for 7 years and tried all the local places. Before this we always ordered Antonios. Delivery is always pretty fast and their honey BBQ wings are good too!
