Stop here this morning just as they were changing to lunch time. The manager on duty had a bad attitude towards his staff blaming a new person in the kitchen and the rest of the crew for things not being ready as he stood there doing nothing. As a manager, it is your job to motivate your staff and to make sure tasks are being completed on time. You are definitely not a good manager if you stand around yelling at your crew to get stuff done and blaming them for it not being done at a certain time. The company hired you to motivate, not degrade employees, train and assist them to get the job done in a timely manner. I will say that even though the manager was that way, the rest of the employees were all smiles to one another, even him, and made sure their customers were happy. I wish I could post this review without giving any stars, but that one star goes to the employees of that Burger King for putting up with the manager.

This place is truly disgusting and I am most definitely contacting corporate AND the health department!!! The minute you walk in the restaurant, it smells like old oil, the tables were all dirty, there were dead flies on some tables, the bathroom is disgusting, the "manager" seemed like she had an attitude, completely ignored me when I walked up to the counter to ask for a bag, and when she walked towards the back she told an employee to "take care of this b**ch up there" the poor kid was the only one doing anything, stocking, taking orders, and he wiped a table for us to be able to sit and eat! And to top it off, the food was cold! This place needs to be shut down!

Five days ago we tried the new popcorn chicken (drive through customers) and asked, specifically for a selection of sauces to go with the large order. Got home and discovered that NONE were put in the bag. I dont know if the name on the receipt is that of the server, but it says "120 JUSTIN." Tonight we ordered the same AND MADE SURE TO MENTION THE SAUCES. They left the sauces out AND the fries were cold. The name on this receipt is 120 JUSTIN. Somebody needs to get their act together. Just out of curiosity, where can one find the sauce flavors listed?

this place is terrible, customer service is one of the worst Ive ever experienced, ladies bathroom was disgusting, the "manager" on shift took my order with a mad face and horrible attitude, she seemed upset. There was a big spill of ketchup in front of the counter where you place your order and nobody cared, tables were dirty, I honestly dont understand why is this place still open....BK is one of my favorite fast food restaurants but this location particularly is NASTY, please management take action!!!

I went to this location at 6:40 pm. I waited in the drive thru for at least 35 minutes. When I finally got to the window to pay I ask how long am I going to wait for my food. I also told them they need new management. I was told only 3 people was scheduled. I told them this is not the first time there has been issues with this locstion and that I would not be paying for my food and drove off. I will not be back to this location.

Waited at the drive thru for about 10 minutes before being told to wait for another 5. Then they did not give us all of the drinks we ordered and the lady at the window argued about giving us all of the drinks when she did not and couldnt seem to have the capability of apologizing for her poor customer service (on Mothers Day!!). Needless to say, dont come here if you want to be treated right and get food in a timely manner

The Experience sucks I give them my debit card disappears for about 3 or 4 minutes I had to finally ask someone where is my card then we get through the drive-thru slow uhans us our food and says have a nice night wheres our drink sir gives us our drinks I open my my hamburger Whopper jr. It look like it shrunk no beef on it it sucks to place needs to be shut down by the way I think he raped the the coolaide man.

This (Van dyke/ Dale mabry) location has the worst thought out drive through in FL. It was pouring buckets and the speaker has no awning and the drive through window awnings dump onto the car merely feet from the wall. Could not open my windows without swimming. The other 2 BKs (waters, Dm) (Gunn, anderson) are upgraded nearby. It would seem zero F$@ks given...Burgers were good though.

All my life I have loved bk burgers. Unfortunately, burgers at this restaurant sucked and my mom and I felt sick after eating them. Burgers tasted kinda old and that special juicy bq burger flavor that I have enjoyed thru the years wasnt there.The manager had the attitude she was doing you a favor when she handed out burger orders. I will not eat here again till there is new management.

This is a pretty nice Burger King its in Lutz Florida in the Northgate Shopping Center in front of the Publix and the Kohls off of Van Dyke Road the address is 3911 Van Dyke Road can be easily seen from the road. The fries were not hot thats why Im rated it only three stars I like the Burger King on Dale Mabry Boulevard and West Waters Avenue theyre open 24 hours a day

So me and my friend have been standing in line for almost 10 minutes, the only cashier in the lobby has asked for change and his manager has ignored him and has not left the drive thru window, mind you there is someone already doing that job and poor Steven is dealing with a mob of a lunch crowd. The manager Victor is a JOKE !

We visited this lcoation in March of 2012. The line was very long despite not having many orders being placed. The employees seemed clueless, and were running around aimlessly. It seems they would be much more efficient and not have to work so hard if they only got organized. I would not go to this restaurant again.

The manager was non-stop yelling at the other employees for 10 minutes straight we got our food the order was wrong we got the second order and it was cold not good experience on a good note I was there the night before and had the best bacon cheeseburger Ive ever had at Burger King

Dont go here unless you intend to sit at the drive through for 20 minutes for one item and still get the wrong order. Very unprofessional staff. Every time I decide to give this place another try they are in the midst of a meltdown.

This Burger King is disgusting. The countertops are so dirty and everything around the soda station is sticky. The family has come here many times and they almost always get our order wrong and most of the time the food is cold!
