Im not usually one to write reviews unless something is absolutely amazing or absolutely horrible. We were looking for a place to have breakfast and decided to try Majestic Diner. We did not read any reviews beforehand. The prices were slightly higher than typical diners BUT the food was absolutely above average. I liked the atmosphere and the staff was very friendly. We had eggs benedict which was very tasty and definitely had more of a home cooked flavor and look. The best part, which is why Im really giving Majestic Diner a 5 is their baked goods. We had 2 home made pop tarts and 1 homemade hostess style chocolate cupcake. These were absolutely amazing... I mean... buttery, flaky just the right amount of sweet in the pop tarts. Perfect frosting and the presentation was adorable with sprinkles. The hostess style cupcake was phenomenal. I am super picky with cupcakes/cake and dont usually like to even bother with them. The chocolate flavor was definitely a higher quality- so rich and delicious. The cupcake part was moist and delicate and the cream inside was airy and sweet, almost marshmallow-like. I would drive the hour and half to purchase more baked goods especially if I had a birthday or other event. So glad we stopped in after missing the turn for the other diner.

Well for one I have to say the waitress we had was amazing I think her name was Diane she was very caring And as soon as we sat down she asked us if we wanted anything to drink which was great she introduced her self and was so sweet. She had a few tables on Sunday and i watched her she was amazing with all of her customers laughing and joking around and made us feel so comfortable . The food was amazing except for the chicken fingers being being burnt a little bit. But she too them back and made sure we got new ones. If you guys go there make sure you ask for her she is just so sweet and caring. The food was great I ordered the majestic panini and she recommended putting chicken on it grilled chicken it was so good. She really has alot of knowledge of the menu and if not she will find out to right away for you. As far as the other staff goes they were great so caring like she did and said I treat my customers the way I would want to be treated that ment alot for us my fiance and me were so happy with her services!!! You guys should go check it out evryone is great....they really go above and beyond for every one

Lets start with good. Home fries are great. Place looks clean They were quick about billing me. Bad Order took 30 min During the wait three different people asked us if everything was okay though no food was delivered. During the wait our neighbor was constantly complaining about service. She never got her drinks and her service was taking forever. While waiting I needed to use rest room. I seen cleaner bathrooms in a Paterson portajohn. Asked for medium steak and sunny eggs. Steak was well done and had 0 flavor My wife got ham and eggs with home fries She got three thin slices of ham that wouldnt fill a small child and they forgot the home fries. No one refilled coffee during the 55 minutes we spent there. There are diners with better service, better food, better personality, cleaner bathrooms, run by professional adults with a better price. I suggest not hiring part time teenagers for starters and then find a better way to manage them. Good luck

My name is angelina and my mother worked at majestic diner from what i heard and the pictures i saw that little kids drew for my mom and customers who have requested my mom who was a good waitress the storys i heard of customers about my mom being amazing she recorded them saying how sweet she was kind and caring but her goes the sad story sunday morning a couple came in requesting my mother the customer said if my mother was not there waitress that they would leave so my mother got the table some little girl drew a picture for my my mom and she said miss diane your amazing couypke of hours passed and the fired my mom all because a customer requested for her its so sad that these customers will not see her anymore so before going to majestic make sure you dont ask for your favoirte waitress or she will get fired they like waitersand waitress that dont care its not fair that they let my mom go and now she is struggleing to keep food on the table!!!

I enjoy going to diners, something about them takes me back to my childhood. Majestic diner is very clean, newly remodeled, and has a nice interior. I liked the fact that the hostess offered us a beverage as soon as we sat down. The waitress was attentive and refilled our coffee at the just the right moment. The menu is smaller compared to other diner menus. I had the smoked salmon platter. It was filling and good, nice presentation. My fiance had the eggs bendicts, his potatoes were cold and his dish was just ok overall. The total for our bill was around mid 30s before leaving a tip.

I had high hopes but was very disappointed by the limited and overpriced menu, the wait service, and the french fry nubbins that came with my lunch. I ordered a burger due to there not being many classic diner choices. It came out with these terrible french fry pieces like it was the remainder of an old batch. On top of that the waitress practically ignored us the whole time and when she did come she kept bringing straws until the was a significant pile on our table. She clearly wasnt paying attention to anything.

Please follow SNDTravels on Facebook. Nice little diner with a decent menu and selection of baked goodies. I had eggs, side salade and turkey bacon (Yep, Im on a diet so the food choices may be odd for a while) and Diane had salmon with mustard sauce. Everything was good except the broccoli which left amuch to be desired. Flavors were good and out server, Claire, was friendly and professional. Check out the menu online.

The Greek Scrambled Eggs is a great breakfast. My favorite dish on the menu. The food is very good. It is not the usual diner eats. The burgers are different with a nice brioche bun. Coffee is good (not real hot though) and the service is about average. If you are looking for a diner with high quality food, this is the place. I highly recommend the Greek Scramble Eggs as its not your average egg dish at a diner.

BEST diner in NJ. Finally a diner that makes quality food. No huge plates of mediocre food. This diner is clean and pleasant. The menu is totally manageable, (and not sticky). The service is great and there is something for everyone. There are traditional items as well as vegetarian and the ever so popular gluten free. If you live in the area or are passing through its a must go!!!

Extremely limited menu, they have more desert options than actual entrees, never busy Update: my foods here and the burger is bland, the onion rings are bad and my fathers BLT is soggy. The waiter hasnt even asked us how it is, he served us the food and immediately went to have fun with his friend Update 2: they dont even have Barbecue sauce. 2 stars because the server was good!
