I have been to this place three times, and all three times, something was wrong with the food. First time, the bacon was undercooked. Not a huge deal. Second time, I ordered some specialty pancakes that I had ordered the first time. They came out completely different. NOTHING like the first time. Very plain, no sauce and very little peaches. I accepted it, though, and ate them anyways. Bacon was cooked the second time, hashbrowns were burnt so badly I couldnt eat them, though. The third time, however, was the worst. My friend ordered some sliders, and when she got them, they were very pink in the middle. She sent them back, and when they returned them to the table, we realized they hadnt made her new sliders, they had just stuck the ones she returned in the microwave. The ketchup and mustard was still on them, as was one of them missing a bite she had taken out of it. We spoke to the manager, and she did take the order off our check, so there was that at least. But there is something seriously up with the cook that works there. I think well be going to a different IHOP next time we decide to go.

The service wasnt impeccable, I think that she did try (altho is was super slow).Im giving her kudos cuz she was nice & considerate. BUT the food...omg...it came cold - cold eggs...gross! (mind you...not many people there so cant blame on "busy"). The pancakes were cold. We were noticing a dish that sat up on the pass (the window where they take the food from) the entire time we were there (which was a long time!). On the plus side of it all, I did make mention to the mgr & he was kind enough to not charge us. That is also good service, which is why they get a smile from me on that. We never judge a restaraunt from going there once, because in reality that isnt quite fair for a place that charges $10 give or take for a meal. My friend & her parents from Clearwater drove over & they also had a very bad experience same as ours. So I feel that I am being fair & well informed in making this rating...Im headed off to Deland IHOP...ill let ya know! ;)

I took my daughter to breakfast on 4/15/15. The waitress was very pleasant. She took our order and was dealing with a lady who got cold food across from us. We ordered a colorado omelet and big steak omelet. Both were made wrong. Big steak omelet had no hash browns and other missing items, the other omelet had stuff in a fourth of it and the rest was plain egg omelet. The waitress was sorry but told us everything was up to manager Vanessa. Asked to see her and was told she was too busy. At the register I asked if we were being comped for anything and was told Vanessa said 10% on a breakfast we couldnt eat. I was so insulted. Debary Ihop no more I will travel to Deland even though I live in Deltona. Customer service by manager, Vanessa is terrible along with a cook that needs to know the menu.

Oh, we used to go to this place everyday and mess with the staff. We called it IHODrama for a reason. Once a waitress completely lost her mind when I ordered a salad with a bagel sub. Her cook blew his stack when he found out I wanted a bagel. The next day we returned and I ordered a salad with a bagel sub again. The new waitress agreed and so I dropped a $10 tip. The initial waitress freaked out and started screaming at the cook and forever after refused to serve us. Lol! Every once in a while a homeless person will drift in and start mumbling and screaming as managers kick them out. That and druggies from the nightclub down the road attracts the police a lot. In all, great shows! Food is good.

First time to IHOP and we got the Red white and blue pancake combo and the banana strawberry French toast the strawberries on the pancake were rotten and green the strawberries on the French toast or so soft and mushy there was falling apart didnt taste like strawberries we told the waiter and she said oh Im sorry and that was it and they still charged us full price we also had somebody elses coffee sitting on our table the water tasted funny and they didnt do anything about it they just said OK when we told them

I absolutely love coming to this ihop! I have been coming to this ihop at least once if not twice every weekend for the last 6 months (since I found this location). The food here is always exceptional, as is the service. There is only one manager I ever see around this location (who I believe may be the owner, he is there every day) and he seems to really have a great team working with him. We will continue visiting this location regularly! Thanks ihop team!

Perfect perfect perfect, no other way to describe our recent trip to this establishment. Our morning server Stephanie knew what we needed before we even had to ask, and the food came out fast and fresh! Even had the manager walk the floor and ask every person in the restaurant how their meal was! The place was stocked and cleaned, totally exceeded my expectations of IHOP A+++ from us you guys keep up the excellent work, thank you for your service!

For starters my girlfriend asked for a coffee and she gets a cup with some elses lipstick on it(Yuck) and then I ask the server to let the manager know and he never came to apologize and when I ask the server if she inform the manager she said yes and follow to ask me if I wanted to speak to her and I said yes, by the time she came over she just apologize and said that she just heard about the situation.

It has been a while since I have been to this IHOP. Newly updated interior looks nice. The food is about the same, just ok. Undercooked eggs, overcooked bacon and some in between. Even their staple pancakes were a little undercooked. For some reason my daughter really likes the food. And because she is a picky eater we will return.

Waitress was rude, gave my wife and I a small cup of coffee and took forever to bring more. Food was bland and looked gross. $35.00 for 2 adults is also very high. When paying there card service was down so had to use the 1980s way of copying my card which I dont like. Overall Id not recommend to anyone.

Great experience! The waitress, Bianca, was excellent and brought everything that we needed before we even asked. The manager, Clyde, is very caring and ensures that you enjoy your meal. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly. My family will definitely be back to this location!

Service is horrible. I thought that it was possibly an isolated incident, and tried it again. Same result, bad service. Our server actually admitted that she forgot we were there. They were not busy, there were several empty tables around us. I will drive to Deland from now on.

The waitress was nice but the food was bad. Omelette was under cooked and my husbands food was cold. We set back 3 plates of food and never did they offer to give us a break on our bill. Paying $65 for mediocre cooking is too much. And the exterior of this building is a mess!!!
