Been disappointing in our subjective opinion. This was an IHOP we frequented regularly before the change in management it seems. The last few times it has been either customer service, or the food that in our opinion has been such a negative that we are choosing respectfully to not chance it again. We have even entered the space, stood at the podium, waited ten minutes with no one coming to seat us (and a waitress who just looked at us blankly) so we left. Another time, the order for takeout was wrong, and the management argued with us that it was not. This morning was sadly the last straw as the food was badly done, the bacon raw, and the "cream cheese" we requested was instead "sour cream". Will not be going back. I hope management can make the necessary changes to return to good customer service and good food before it tarnishes the brand. Thank you.

My husband and I stoped by this IHOP because they are our neighborhood IHOP. Unfortunately this time my husbands order was not too well put together. Before the waiter made it into the back with the cook he loudly complained about my husbands request. The cook agreed with his problem. My husband (shocked by the disrespect) said to them I can hear you. He then made himself nearly unavailable. We had to wait to inform him that he had given us ranch dressing instead of butter for our pancakes. I had completely lost my appetite. We informed the waitress on staff because she has provided great customer service in the past. She was apologetic and assured us something would be said. As sweet as she is I dont think I can come here anymore. We spoke with the owner. He offered to make the food fresh or allow us to just leave. We left all of it there.

This IHOP turned for the worse over the years. Had a waiter that didnt speak English too well but was nice. I ordered a breakfast crepe thing (I dont remember I tried something new) without mushrooms. I told her that over and over and stressed it. It came back with them, so I politely asked for another without them. Another came and I was 3 bites in and I started chewing on hard wads if plastic from a wrapper of some sort. I was in utter shock. I looked inside the rest of it and not only was there more sauce covered bits if plastic but more mushrooms. I lost my appetite. The chicken and waffles my cousin got was good though

the greeter was very nice her name is Roceid Chary did a slam dunk because I was ready to walk out because of the lack of quality of my food and the attitude of the server which wasnt older Hispanic woman talking behind my back all kind of things about me because I explained to her my coffee was cold waffle burnt bacon burnt my eggs hard and chopped up Again I was ready to walk out at the front door at this restaurant Chary turn things around for the better she was very happy to find out what went wrong and make it right she did a slam dunk like Michael Jordan

I am very sad to say that I will no longer be eating at this location ever again!! This used to be my favorite location and Ive always made the extra drive to come here but I see that they have new employees/management and the place is getting ran to the ground....The server i had last was not very attentive at all and the steak was expired and made me very ill... the owner says it was just purple dye that the company stamped the meat with (likely story) and the pancakes had no flavor... please do yourself a HUGE favor and drive to a different location.

I waited 15 minutes at the host stand before I was acknowledged. Then I was asked to wait longer before they actually seated me. Once seated, the server didnt come take a drink order for several minutes. I was ready to order food by the time my drink order was taken. Once my food was ordered, the food took a very long time to get to my table. I couldnt get a drink refill and the server didnt drop the check until I flagged her down. Not sure if I would go back. In total, it took me almost 2 hours to get seated and eat an omelet and some pancakes.

Was my favorite place to go some stupid waitress threw a fit for no reason, she even went as far to say she could kick me out and wouldnt wait on the table, i was in there for 40 seconds we ordered drinks and then this psycho came out, we were simply discussing what to get, how the bill would be split and this woman made it so I cant go anymore, if youre gonna eavesdrop on a conversation make sure you hear it right you stupid cow and instead try doing your job took forever to be seated even though only one couple was in the restaurant.

I was seated quickly in a nice, pleasant environment. Got plenty of water and was checked on enough to get what I needed without being annoyed. The food was extremely fresh and I was given a large portion size. However, it was a little too greasy in my opinion. The water was very crisp! I was a little disappointed that I was charged $11.50 for an omelet because they added a few onions for $1 and a few mushrooms for $1. However, it was still very good.

The wait was ridiculously long. Wait to be seated, long time to get our drinks (15 min). Food took 35 minutes and we could hear the staff arguing in the kitchen. Good was ok I guess after the long wait we kinda lost our appetite. Over 10 tables with dirty dishes and staff was just standing around. Says alot about the management and the staff. This place has no work ethics at all amongst themselves. Very nice remodel but not a place I will come back to.

DO NOT EAT HERE YOU WILL GET SICK!!! First of all we waited over 15 minutes for our food because there was one cook. Secondly i ordered chicken noodle soup and it was spoiled the chicken was turning dark brown. The pancakes dont even taste like ihop pancakes. The waitress was slow and forgot a lot of things but gave us the meal for free. So please do yourself a favor and avoid this ihop.

First of when we walked in the owner barley noticed us , we ordered a appetizer sampler and the mozzarella stick cheese was not full cooked , the chicken tasted mushy and nasty , the onion ring was a lil bit soggy and also not fully cooked. Also it was hot inside. I WOUULDNT RECOMEND THIS IHOP TO ANYBODY MAYBE OTHER IHOPS ARE DIFFERENT BUT THIS ONE IS HORRIBLE!!

Waiter was rude, didnt explain to me substituting will cause me to have less food and when I changed my mind on a entree he apologized nicely then went to the back and audibly dogged me to the cook and I can hear and see him make expressions describing me. Didnt finish our food, complained to store owner and left, wont ever return there again.

Nice place for breakfast any time. Wait staff is very friendly. Sometimes special orders dont come out correct the first time, I like my crepes very well done and normally have to send them back once, but they have no problem recooking when their is a problem. I highly suggest this place for a reasonably priced, good tasting meal.
