This specific location is terrible. We typically go to the 3601 13th St, St Cloud location. The handful of times I have visited this location it has resulted in a bad experience every single time. - They are always slow to prepare food - The food quality is terrible / service cold (right from the window during drive thru) - Presentation is not good and rolled carelessly or messy - No one answers the phones on two separate occasions when we have called to follow-up with management to provide constructive feedback. QUICK TIP FOR THIS LOCATION: If you are craving taco bell take the time to drive and eat at another location. Recommendation to Taco Bell: Please take the time to revisit this locations management as they seem to be doing a terrible job managing this location. You may really need to restart from the basics of customer service to food prep and restaurant maintenance for this location.

I never thought someone would take a dump and sell it for profit until I walked into Taco Bell. Trent was the cashier and he took 20 minutes to give me my order, keep in mind I didnt order much and the place was empty. The service is slow the kitchen smells and the people are weird. When I took a bite out my burrito it almost tasted like crap and look like it too. I tried the Mountain Dew Baja Blast and it tasted nothing like Moutian Dew. I felt like I was drinking piss. After I got out of there I had a stomach ache. I dont recommend this place.

The food is always good. The place is always clean. Drive-thru is a nightmare. Weird people work here. And they never get an order right. Never never never get it right. And I mean never. Do you want to say what I say never say never get my orders right. And I dont ask for special, just no tomatoes. How hard is that? Maybe dont put crackheads or meth heads on the register to greet the guests with no teeth

The issue is not enough staff. This is a KFC/Taco Bell and there are always 4 people working. They need 4 more especially during rush hours. Its just so slow and then they get frustrated and make sloppy food cause theyre in a hurry and mad.

I never write reviews, but seeing a bunch of neg comments, I have to say that this is a great taco bell. I like that it has a KFC in the same site and I think they serve pretty quick. Food is always good.

The worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. Service sucks there and the quality of food preperation also sucks. Avoid this Bell at all costs. Travel a little further to 192 and u will have a better experience.
