The Server was horrible. I went on saturday 8/19/17 at 9:50pm. The server was a afroamerican short woman, I didnt see her name. I ordered french toast without Nutella for my son and when she brought me the food the French toast was with nutella. I explained to her that I ordered it without nutella and her answer was, no you didnt. I said to her, yes I did and she with actitud said me, no you didnt. I just turn around and I didnt say anything more, cause I was with my family and my 4 year old son was there. This is the first time that something like that happens to me. And the manager I didnt see it. I love I hope but no this one. Fuimos el sabado 19 de agosto a las 10:30 y la mesera que nos atendió que no le vi el nombre, sólo se que es una muchacha morena de estatura baja, fue muy ruda. Nos empezó a atender de mala manera. Ordene unas french toast sin Nutella para mi hijo y ella me las trajo con nutella. Le expliqué tranquilamente que las había ordenado sin Nutella y la mesera me contestó que yo no le había especificado que las quería sin Nutella, ella continuó diciéndome una y otra vez que las había ordenado con Nutella y lo hacía con una actitud muy fuerte, yo le dije si lo hice. Y sólo me vire y no dije nada más, debido a que yo fui con mi familia, y mi hijo de 4 años estaba presenciando todo. También las french toast que mi esposo ordenó estaban muy malas no se qude sucedió ese día en el ihop de la semoran. A lo mejor no tenían ganas de trabajar. Allí ni el gerente vi.

Tried a different IHOP this morning. Everything was fine up until we got seated. Our server (JOSH) was THE WORST server Ive ever had in my life. I used to be a waitress myself and I could see that it was slammed in the kitchen so I know how it is. Didnt come off with an attitude or anything. He asked if we wanted to order our drinks and I saw it was busy so I said well order our drinks and our food just to get everything out of the way since we see youre busy... He ordered me and my familys food with a COMPLETE attitude. We still ordered anyway.. He brought us our drinks and we waited a little bit. Then we decided to leave because he just slammed our drinks and stuff down. Im not one to normally get upset at a restaurant because sht happens but I just had to speak to a manager!! Tried to tell the manager what was going on and JOSH felt the need to chime in behind him in front of ALL the customers in the lobby. The manager calmed him down, because I guess he got angry at me for saying that he had an attitude... but on his way to the back he called me a fckn idiot. Lol. I just looked at the manager and asked- this is the type of person you have working for you?!? Like seriously?! I got so upset I wanted to call corporate on his butt. I just hope it gets handled accordingly. That makes me never ever EVER want to go back. Worst ever. But the ladies were nice. Ill say that.

Horrible service! Will never be coming back to this ihop ever again! My wife and I ordered the sirloin tips and eggs. We both said well done, we both took a bite of the tips and it was undercooked, the waitress was nowhere in sight and rest of the food was getting cold so I ended taking them myself to the kitchen. Waitress came back with the plates and apologized, so ok cool. We then took a bite of the tips and again undercooked, this time worse with blood dripping. We were super upset but the worst wasnt that, the worst was the waitress ended up charging us the drinks after telling her we were leaving since we both lost our appetite. She just dropped the bill and ran off without letting me saying anything, that really felt like a slap in the face. I asked for a manager, he was really nice and apologized. Of course he took care of the bill and we left. I forgot the waitresses name but trust me we have never been thur any thing like that before and I will never ever come back.

The food was good, the prices were reasonable, the place was clean. The thing that bothered us was, while we were talking to our waitress Adrain, the Manager (Mia) came over and called her away to clean the floor. The Manager never recognized us or said excuse me, she was very rude as if only her being the boss was important. As we observed her going about her duties she seemed very full of herself and self important. She needs to go back to waiting tables and not manage until she learns how to act toward customers and the employees. Of all the people in the Restaurant in my mind she is the least important person there. Our waitress Adrain or Adriana was very professional, fast, and very customer savvy, service was the best! Visit was 12.00 noon 12/20/2014

Recently moved to the state and this is the closest Ihop to us. We love ihop. My son looks forward to when we go and gets the silver 5. First time we ate here it was quiet, food, and service was good. Today, food is good but the service is crap! Our server will ask if we are okay and before i can finish my sentence shes already walking away. So much for customer service. Its like she is forcing to be nice to her customers. I also odered iced tea, it wasnt good so i asked for water instead. She seemed to look like that was an issue. I love ihop and this wont stop me from eating here but the server was a real turn off. Now im waiting and hoping my son can eat faster so we can get out of here.

This is the worst IHOP Ive ever been to. I ordered red velvet pancakes and my pancakes came out like regular pancakes mixed with red and white in the inside not thoroughly cooked and the batter was not thoroughly mixed. It taste like salt and baking soda. The manager was also in the back helping the cook at this time. When I ask for refund the manager said sorry and didnt even seem like he really cared at all. As, I left he was laughing and smiling with one of the servers.This Ihop cant even make pancakes. I dont ever write reviews but I cant even get the taste out of my mouth. Please just go to the one near the airport. Its a little further but they atleast they have good food.

The service is horrible. I ordered a turkey and avocado bennie over the phone to go and I should have been told over the phone that they wee out out of avocado. I would not wasted my time driving there because it doesnt taste the same without the avocado....... how can you fail to mention you are out of one of the main things used to make the sandwich???? the lady had a horrible attitude and she went and got her manager, a fat, white man whose attitude was even worse. This is not the first time I have had problems with them and their crappy service. I dont think any of them enjoy working there.
