Everything started off well but ended poorly. The staff was friendly and it seemed like good quality food. However, about halfway through my meal I found a gross black hair embedded in the rice of my roll. Needless to say I lost my appetite. I showed the server and she apologized. They offered to remake the roll for me but like I said I was grossed out. They gave me a $1.73 discount. I was disappointed with how the situation was handled and annoyed I paid for a meal when half of it went in the garbage. I understand sometimes things happen but I expect a business to make it right. This was my first time there and needless to say I wont be going back.

Nice atmosphere when you first arrive. The miso soup is pretty good, the salad dressing is awful. My wife got the Teriyaki Chicken and it was awful. Chicken was very rubbery and the sauce was bland. My sister and I got the sushi. Now their Sushi was very fresh tasting and very good. One of the better Sushi places I have had in Colorado. Would we go back, probably not. A bit pricey and my wife doesnt eat Sushi.

We drove from Fort Collins and this was the best sushi weve had in a long time. Surprisingly no one was there on a Saturday night. We were sat right away, given an appetizer on the house and got our sushi right after. Great quality at a fair price and super friendly staff. I will definitely go back. My new favorite sushi place in northern Colorado!

Wow! Great food and reasonable prices. Ive eaten sushi in Japan and SE Asia and Kobe Sushi is literally one of the best. Their specialty rolls are different from any other restaurants. Food was great and worth the wait. I would have given 5 stars if the wait staff was more attentive.

Just hours after being there my brother and I got severe diarrhea and were throwing up all night long. Weve only been there a handful of times but this time was the last one. The sleepless night constantly running to the bathroom every hour or so definitely isnt worth another trip there.

Honestly, the worst sushi Ive ever had. I am no food critic, but Ive been to enough sushi restaurants to think I have a pretty good idea of what quality sushi is. Ive eaten at Sushi Den in Denver, trendy LA places, vegas, Hawaii, etc. This was like the McDonalds of Japanese food.

Ive been here a total of two times. I had only sushi both times. The second time I got a horrible case of food poisoning. I dont feel comfortable going to a sushi place that gives me a 50/50 chance of food poisoning.

The staff is extremely friendly. My family goes weekly, every Saturday for their version of happy hour sushi. The food is amazing and reasonably priced. They recently redecorated and it looks amazing.

Very inconsistent food quality: decent the first visit, terrible the second (including becoming ill from said meal). Also abysmal service, especially the second time around. Wont be going back.

The food is fresh and tasty. Service is fast. Bathrooms are clean. Presentation- order a boat with a bottle of Menage a Trois red. Ask for Michelle, shes fantastic!
