When we arrived there was no one there to sit us so we just took a table. Then we waited another 15 minutes for our menus. When the waitress finally arrived she was very cold and unwelcoming. She also got our order wrong. When we got the food ot was cold. Then no more then 5 minutes into us eating our food she gave us the check. Then i asked for syrup and she threw it on my table. Nearly thought the top was going to open and spill on me but thankfully that wasnt the case. Maybe she was having a bad day. Ill ask her when she gives us our refills which btw we have been waiting for for the past 20 minutes.

Of my party of four, they got two of our orders wrong. My sandwich came with bacon when I asked for it without bacon. When I sent it back, they just dug through my sandwich, took the bacon off, and brought it back. Had to ask four drink refills. Worst waffle House experience ever. Of all the waffle houses I have ever been to, thus is the only one that doesnt offer a Military discount. Vets, try the waffle house on Orange blossom trail.

Came here after spending the whole day with my mom at the beach. To have the cook be completely disrespectful and not caring at all to my severe allergies. Ive given this location of waffle house the last chance to get my food right once again unable to eat at this location for the cooks mistakes and cross contamination. Never again will i come to this location. The servers are ok but the cooks are always terrible here.

Some of the worse service Ive ever had at this restaurant. Server messed up on our hashbrowns, but gave us an additional order at no charge. Never got a refill on my coffee, and couldnt find the server to get our check. I should have got up and left without paying. Did not want to leave a tip but left 10% of the check because we received 10% service. Wont return to this location even though its 5 minutes from my house.

If this would it have been the first time to eat in, I promise I wouldnt have come bak ever!!! Worst service ever! Dirty..super nasty. I went with my 3 kids and husband and they give us to eat at the bar...about 3 famiky tables empty but full of the left overs and no one was cleaning them, floor was vomited. ..awful experience, I left and we came here at the one of Lake Buena vista which is the best one ever!

Hard to seat a party of 6 plus baby, friendly but forgetful service...our bill was discounted because our table never got bacon..but we did get to witness a little bit of drama between employees which earned the third star...

Was ignored until a customer told the cook we needed service. Got drinks. Waitress stood next to table ignoring us. Someone told her to get our orders. She looked at us like we just appeared. Not our usual experiences.

The food was great and cheap. I got one of the new breakfast bowls: fantastic. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Just keep in mind that like most Waffle Houses, this one is a small breakfast dive.

Great food. Friendly staff. If you have never been there before: it has a old diner feeling. It is smallish, one table can only fit a max of 5 people. Very economical as well.
