Craving a bagel with cream cheese, but stuck at work...so I decided to order from Brunch Box as I remembered they stopped by the office about a year ago to drop off a menu. Since I was ordering my breakfast I decided to go ahead and order lunch for later. I ordered chicken soup and garden salad with ranch dressing along with my bagel with cream cheese on the side. When the food arrived 30-40 minutes later (understandable) I was disappointed to find out they did NOT give me the cream cheese for my bagel. The only reason I ordered the bagel. You cant just eat it plain. I also discovered my "ranch dressing" was actually ceasar...which I overlooked as I was already upset about the missing cream cheese. When I called the person on the phone tried to act like I was wrong, that the cream cheese was in fact somewhere in the bag...which was just not the case. In the end he said they would come back to drop it off. One hour since Ive called and Im still waiting for that cream cheese... I called again and the person who answered the phone said they are coming back. Apart from this incident the other food I received looks mediocre. The chicken soup looks a few steps up from Campbells, and I say this only because the chicken looks fresh. But its lacking some nice vegetables (carrots, celery...etc.) The salad isnt anything special, a few tomatoes and cucumbers with iceberg lettuce. Its safe to say...Im probably not ordering from this place again. After delivery charge and tip I could have gotten a lot better quality and service from Panera or Dunkin Donuts for less money. This place is for convenience only as I didnt have to leave work. Oh and by the way, the cream cheese did finally arrive and hour and a half after I called to say I didnt receive it.

I USE TO LIKE THIS PLACE BUT THE WOMAN THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE IS SOOO RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I WAITED A HOUR AND A HALF FOR A SANDWICH TO BE DELIVERED THAT WAS MAD COMPLETELY WRONG AND THEN DISCOVERED A HAIR IN IT. AFTER CALLING AND COMPLAINING SHE OFFERED TO REMAKE IT WITH AN ATTITUDE. ARRIVED AND IT WASNT READY AS PROMISED AND THE RUDE WOMAN ON THE PHONE WAS A COMPLETE SLOP HAIR SWEATY (WITHOUT A NET) CLOTHES FILTHY AND SHE WAS HANDLING THE PHONE, FOOD AND MONEY WITH OUT GLOVES!! HOW DISGUSTING!!!! ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK AND SHE KEPT INSISTING IT WOULD BE READY SOON AFTER MAKING IT CLEAR I FINALLY GOT MY MONEY BUT. ENJOY!!! :)

If you are looking for a light healthy lunch I suggest you go with the 5 count fried chicken tender platter with side of mozzarella sticks. Best decision you can make all day. Ask for extra sauce for dipping -- as one is simply not enough. I like to drink the ranch and dip with the blue cheese. If you want something a little more filling. Ask for a side of potato fries. They charge an extra fee for using a credit card. Although, if you are rich like me. Money aint no thang.

Delicious Food, great place with friendly people. Prices are reasonable and best of all they deliver! It is the only place in Coral Springs that Serves breakfast. I you decide to go out for lunch they have a nice seating area were you can enjoy your meal while watching TV or reading book or magazine! A+ Brunch Box Florida great job on the remodeling !

My first time trying out the Brunch Box was today. I ordered the Italian sub combo with fries and got it delivered. The delivery took about 20 mins. My fries were still hot and crispy and my sub was FRESH. The cost of delivery is only $0.50. Definitely will order from here again.

This place has great breakfast and lunch and they also deliver in Coral Springs Parkland and Margate the people are nice and the food is really good. I like the Italian sub and the tuna is good also. Try the potato salad, I liked it. Thank you to the Brunch Box Restaurant.

Food is ok, it was delivered cold. Soup was positioned on its side in the bag and spilled onto the food. Sub was not very tasty and cold even though I ordered a hot sub. I lived in N.Y. all my life and this food does in no way compare to N.Y. subs.

Today is my first day going to brunch box, the food is excellent, the delivery service is very fast, it takes about 20 minutes, the general attention is excellent and the brunch box location is just as good, I am now a permanent customer :).

Such a hidden gem for Coral Springs! The staff is so nice. The prices are very reasonable and affordable and the restaurant is CLEAN!!! Highly recommend trying this place. You wont regret it :)
