They messed up my order the first time and when we went to get our missing items the lady in the back making the food yelled that she made the order right. So we told the cashier he never gave us a receipt in the first place so we cant prove it but we are missing food and we just went through the drive thru. The manager stepped in and said shed print the receipt and she confirmed we were missing food. When we got home one of the tacos my son ordered had 1/8 of the taco with meat. So we went back and showed the manager that the taco was not prepared correctly and the lady preparing the tacos decided to mouth off and say that there is enough meat in there. The manager made her make a new one and she made it the exact same way. This is not the first time I had a problem with this Taco Bell when that cook is there. She should pay as much attention to the orders as she does to her painted on sharpie eyebrows and maybe she wouldnt mess up so many orders. Not coming back to this Taco Bell/ KFC again... sorry Coronel Saunders

Worst KFC store ever! They are always out of chicken, they never have Pollo asado and they offer to wait around 20 minutes or more to prepare it. The original or crispy chicken its soggy. When they happen to have grilled chicken is puny and extremely dry. They obviously do not care about customers. The quality of the chicken is terrible, so disappointed to have wasted my $$$ there. I wont buy here again.

If you want to wait 15 minutes for one taco do not order inside. It takes FOREVER! I have dined inside twice and last time i waited 13 minutes. The lady who gave my food was extremely nice as to why I rated 2 stars instead of one. Food is delicious!

The burritos were crafted well, the cashier was obviously new and struggled a little bit, and the wrappers were labeled all wrong but the rest of the dining experience was plesent. The restaurant is a bit old and outdated, but clean.

Traffic in and out of here is really bad. The service is okay though. Overall, no differentiator here. Other Taco Bells in the area have really fast and easy customer service.
