Last Sunday, I left the house excited to have breakfast with my wife and our friend. What a bad choice to go here. I really dont know where to start. They were busy, but far from swamped, it just seemed like no one knew what they were doing. After waiting about 30 minutes for our food, out comes two orders of the sorriest excuse for a huevos rancheros I have ever seen. No toast, and no food for anyone else. Cold. Very cold. They were served in a skillet, but I think they refrigerated the skillets instead of heating them. There was a pepper and onion mixture that seemed to have all the flavor sucked out of it ( boiled?) a couple of overcooked eggs, about 5-6 black beans and a misting of cheddar cheese. Served with a little plastic cup of what tasted like jarred Pace salsa, and a matching cup of sour cream it was severely underwhelming. I could have done better left alone for a couple of minutes in a 7-11 with a microwave. Seriously. About 10 minutes after that... a baked omelet came, short the sauce that was supposed to come with it. After asking, 5 min or so and a ramekin of what seemed to be cold mushroom soup showed up. Whats up with all this cold food? Fast forward about 10 minutes and our pancake order showed up. They were in fact good. I was seconds away from asking for a manager and calling the whole thing off, but stopped short of that as it was meant to be a relaxing day with friends. Started asking for a check and about 30 minutes later... we were finally on our way. A total waste of time, and money. I wasnt expecting amazing Mexican food... but all in all this was one of the worst dining experiences Ive had in a long time.

Very disappointing this time. We made the mistake of coming here too close to closing. They normally close at 4:00 p.m. on weekends, but they were apparently closing early due to a holiday. Still, you should be able to expect good service and food regardless if you come a half hour before closing. The server had a "Whatever" attitude, she messed up my order 3 times, and the food was made incorrectly. I ordered a Spanish omelet, which is supposed to be smothered in a "special Spanish sauce" according to the menu. It came dry as a bone and when I asked for some sauce I got regular salsa. It was ok, but it definitely didnt fit the description of the menu item. I ordered toast with it, and she tried to bring me pancakes. When we corrected her mistake she acted like I had changed my mind after ordering it. We had to ask for syrup for my boyfriends pancakes, the toast was dry and there was no butter on the table, the hash browns were way over salted, and we got charged for an extra coffee. Ive had great experiences at this place before, but they sure awful this time. I know it sucks to work on a Sunday, and I know it sucks to work on a holiday, but guess what... people do it all the time! I have a job that includes regular weekends and I frequently have to work on holidays too. Get over it, you still have a job.

El manager super atento pendiente de todos sus clientes te recibe como familia.... Y sus platos muy sabrosos gran variedad y calidad si aun no han visitado the original pancake house vayan 100% recomendado.

Best Gluten free pancakes I have ever had!!!! Their home fries are to die for and the staff is always friendly and very welcoming every time I come here. I used to go to Dennys and IHop, but ever since the first time I came here , I never went back to either place. Very reasonable prices on all their full breakfast plates and their orange juice is fresh squeezed not like other places where is from a Dole can or that Minute Maid junk... !!! Oh and did I mention their corned beef hash is actually real shredded corned beef not like the canned corned beef that looks like dog food. I wish I would of taken a pic before I ate it. Sooo good!

I had eggs benedic, it was good but the holleladies was a bit bland, and I love potatoes but even though they looked like they have a lot of seasoning you cant taste much of anything. My husband had pigs in a blanket his favorite, the sausage was different, it was the little sausage you get with your eggs so the pancakes over powered the sausage. Orange juice is fresh squeezed and very sweet and good. Waited about 5 min to be seated but our waitress was right on point and the food came out very quickly. Will go back again .

Omg NASTY PLACE!!! This location is nasty the manager Danny Rodriguez is rude I seen the cook hand my waiter a plate and they dropped my bacon oh the floor looked around and picked it up put it on my plate and tried to serve it to us!!! After telling DANNY he denied it and told me IM PAYING WITH GROUPON SO IM NOT PAYING FOR IT ANYWAY!!! Then said we are going to recook it. I declined and asked for a refund and was denied my refund now I have to go thru groupon and or the bank.. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!!!! NASTY

Visited today at noon. Waited over an hour for our food. Our server didnt even come by to refill our coffee cups. My husband got up and went behind the counter to get more coffee. I asked for an espresso. Last time I was told the machine was broken. This time, they didnt have the espresso coffee. Finally, we just got up and left. By then, it was after one, so we walked to Einsteins and grabbed a bagel. Restaurant wasnt busy enough to justify the wait.

It took over an hour for our order. When it came out, It was wrong. The waitress was new and disappeared constantly. When we spoke to the manager we got a partial explanation and a partial apology. Unacceptable. I also sent an 3 emails voicing my thoughts on our experience and recived no response. They dont care about thier customers anymore. Must have changed management. Avoid this place at all costs. Why pay so much to be treated so horribly.

Chose this place to honor MY day...Veterans Day and my experience could not have been worse if they had fed me nails. The waitress was rude, late, and inaccessible. When we brought the manager over to complain, the missing waitress popped up and said, to the manager,"Im sorry, I got flustered". Not once did she apologize to her "guests" for a lack of basic customer service. We wont be back.
