My wife & I walked in with our daughter around 5 pm and waited to be seated as per sign. We werent greeted until a few minutes later after a group of 10 was seated that walked in behind us. The waitress must have been cleaning the dinning room because we didnt see her, we were greeted by a young man from the kitchen and asked to wait just a minute. ....as he went back into the kitchen. ....we could see 3 employees in the kitchen standing around talking and playing on their phones. Including a Snot Nose alleged manager who walked by doorway of kitchen several times and looked at us but failed to smile or even acknowledge us. We sat ourselves since when we walked in there wasnt a single customer in the place. I guess we ruined play time. We waited 15 min for food. I give this place 2 stars only because food was pretty good and waitress was the only professional in the place. If I hadnt had a 6 mo old gift card for Pizza Hut I would have left. This place is potentially a nice place, a shame they cant hire decent management. Lots of Pizza Huts are no longer around since I was a kid in the Midwest area. I guess this Franchise must be under new ownership at one point. Because I havent been to a decent Pizza Hut with motivated employees in at least 15 years.

My wife and I stopped at this location for lunch. Once we walked in there was a party of 8 waiting. They had been waiting for about 5 minutes for a table per my conversation with the group. I looked around the corner and noticed they had 2 open tables and were cleaning off 2 booths for the group. Ten minutes later the waitress told the group they could seat themselves in the 2 open booths. Then she looked at us and told us it would be a few more minutes before we could be seated. WHY? A few observations from my visit was that they were short staffed, this one waitress was doing everything by herself and only 1 pizza was left on the buffet. If you are going to have a buffet my advice is that you staff your restaurant to handle the rush during lunch. One more thing not only did we walk out so did 4 other individuals behind us.

I ordered roughly $25 worth of food, gave the driver $40 he handed me $6 in change, when I realized the error I called back up there wanting the rest of my change the lady said shes sending the driver right over.. three hours later he still wasnt here, I called again and he showed up ten minutes later with A CUP FULL OF $9.70 IN CHANGE!!! MAINLY PENNIES AT THAT! they told me to bring up the cup of change and Id get the amount plus a $50 credit, I went to order some food it took them 5 phone calls to answer and I dont have the credit on my account, oh and the driver STILL HAS HIS JOB AFTER DOING THAT. If I could give them no stars I would, this is the worst pizza hut Ive every had to deal with.

It took the guy answering the phone 10 + minutes to take my info and place my order, he said it would be delivered in 25 minutes. When I called back an hour and a half later they said they couldnt find mind order. I asked to speak to a supervisor and they sent me to some customer service line where they said they couldnt do anything about it. Ordered another pizza it too never showed up. Needless to say I had to go to the FENTON location where service was much better.

This is by far the worst Pizza Hut Ive ever been to. They are ALWAYS LATE and not to mention the cold pizza thats never what I order. If I could, I would tell each and every employee that works in this location just what I thought of their establishment. Its a pathetic excuse for a pizza place. Not even close to what should be expected from a major chain restaurant! Extremely disappointed in the last 5 VISITS!!!!! Terrible terrible terrible....

Food is solid, assuming the order is correct. Planning on eating here? Order it to-go or for delivery. Service is horrible and slow. Dining room can sometimes get busy, though never packed, but it is always dirty like they forget to clean it. Disappointing. :(

My mom told me to call and order our pizza for me and my siblings and I called and was telling them my address and then he hung up.. Im guessing because he heard my voice and Im a teenager...... Just rude, terrible employees

Went for the lunch buffet. Had a great selection of hot just-made pizza. Salad bar was fresh, the lettuce was crisp, and there was a good variety of toppings. Cinnamon bread sticks were a tasty dessert.

Slow service and always get the wrong pizza. They use central calling so I had to first spell the name of the city their own pizza Hut is in to get transfered.

Management has decided that bacon is a garnish on pizzas. I ordered a large pizza with bacon and it came with about 1/4 slice of bacon on it.

Just not what it used to be. Back in the day Pizza Hut was the place to go you try and try to give them a chance but it just isnt the same
