My family, friends and I visited iHop to have a late dinner after a rough evening of my house flooding. Just to start a horrible food experience. My boyfriend order a blue cheese burger and the blue cheese smelled like it had been scrapped from a sewage pipe. AWFUL! How could you even serve a client something so disgusting. I order the brioche turkey sandwich with scrambled eggs and avocado/cheese/tomatoes. To start off, I got half of a miniature if you want to call it turkey folded in a million pieces like if it was the very last slice and they wanted to make it look like more. There was absolutely no avocado on it and a dried up piece of egg which was suppose to be scrambled but wasnt. A mountain of cheese sauce flowing off the sandwich which made me not even want to try it. Honestly I dont understand what the "chef" if we can even call him that was doing there tonight. Something so simple for you to mess it up. I think you need to check out whats going on here at night. Mind you all of our drinks were empty within 25 mins while we continued to await the horrible food. Our server never even offered to refill our drinks I had to tell her to refill them. I returned my entree she offered me a menu and I said I would stick to a salad, of couse I receive a salad with that blue cheese sewage all over it. Couldnt even eat dinner tonight. The only thing this place got RIGHT tonight was Ice Coffee and Water. Major FAIL! Never coming back here. YUCK! Disgusted.

Do not use your debit or credit card to pay your bill!! I used my debit card and thankfully Im always looking at my bank statements and they charged me double. I called the next day when I noticed the charges and they told me I had to go in to speak to a manager. I couldnt go that same day because the manager only worked until 4 and like most adults I work from 8-5. I went today after being informed that there will be someone after 9pm because I worked a twelve hour shift today. I rushed over and got there before 9:15pm. The assistant manager had just left 5 mins before I arrived. The waitress which had spoken to me the day before said that they couldnt do nothing over the phone. I explained I couldnt go this weekend again for a mistake that wasnt mine. The waitress got my information and said that I will receive a call from the manager in the morning, and she will probably be able to credit my account over the phone. I was extremely upset because I was told that wasnt possible the day before. They do not know how to handle these types of situation. Tip: always look at your bank statements or app. This can happen to anyone!!!

The WORST I hope I ever went to. I had the worst experience on my Sunday morning with my two kids, my husband and my mother in law. There was an argument between two tables, a BAD argument! In front of kids and it took the hostess 10 minutes to actually do something about. So my kids heard the dirtiest things at 10 am on a Sunday! We actually waited for our food for a whole HOUR and when it finally arrived it was COLD! And my mother in law pancakes never arrived. She had to remind the waiter 3 TIMES! Seriously! We complained and you know what the hostess did? She actually charged us 8 dollars MORE on our bill, so we actually had to complain again! She charged for the tip we told her we wouldnt pay because of their AWFUL service! I honestly dont recommend! Dirty place! Bad service! No doughnut French toast advertised available! Just awful!

Nos encanta el lugar a mi marido y a mi. Pero ayer fuimos al IHOP de hialeah gardens blv y nos atendió un chico llamado ELIO. con muy mala actitud, quitando todos los platos aun cuando estábamos desayunando y en general estaba como acelerado. Primera vez porque siempre los otros meseros nos atienden de manera muy amable. La próxima vez no nos sentaremos en su área porque nada que ver con ser mal atendidos.

DO NOT GO! I feel so cheated out of $35. What a horrible experience we had in this location. First we spend 43 minutes waiting for a food when there were only a handful of people in the restaurant. Then after those 43 minutes, we are told there was no soup and the waitress didnt bother to offer the salad that should come with the dinner dishes so when we asked for it, all we get is grass out of what probably was a frozen bag that was lightly soaked in water. Our food was just as dreadful. The sirloin steaks looked NOTHING AT ALL like what the picture looked which i guess should be expected but it left a bad impression. My mash potatoes were cold and the sauce on the country fried steak was gray which means they left it in the heat for too long. Seriously cheated out of my money :/

Domingo en la noche invité a mi tia, que está aquí de visita, para cenar en este Ihop Restaurante. Nos encantó el servicio que nos ofrecieron los muchachos. La comida exquisita, muy bien elaborada y presentada en su plato. Muy acogedor, familiar y todo limpio . Volveré a visitarlo. Lo recomiendo. L

I usually try and go early in the morning weekdays between 3am and 6am. Lately they have an excuse why they cant take care of you, the place is always empty. Last Friday i got there at 5:30 am the waitress was nowhere to be found it turns out she was half asleep in the other room and a worker who was coming in from the cafeteria next door had to go and tell the her that someone had come in, and the excuse they gave me last Friday was that they were painting the kitchen and couldnt serve food. I ended up going next door to the Latin place great service and great food.

Was the worst IHOP we ever visited! It took for ever to place our orders, it took even longer to bring coffee. We where 4 people. The first 2 good their food after an acceptable time. Thirs person had to wait 5 more minutes. Last person another 10. The quality was also not good. White chocolate pancakes with almost no white chocolate, strawberry banana with almost no fruits, chocolate pancakes burned. Got a 20% discount after complaining.

The times I have been here (I would say six times) the food was the best out of all iHops I have been to. BUT, I would always find something wrong such as lint in my cup. Hair in my food. Dirty silverware. The servers would be great but yeah. The manager ended up even covering for a meal when I complained about the mistakes they made but the food is amazing in this iHOP.

First time and i will never come back again. After waiting for over 45 minutes for the food and complained to the manager the food was cold. The manager attitude terrible and the waiter ?????ohhh where is the waiter..... there is no customer service at all and check your bill before paying. TERRIBLE

God awful, had a blue cheese burger. Blue cheese smells and taste strong but the blue cheese on my burger tasted like raw sewage. It was disgusting, a party of seven where everyone had a different order and between the drinks and food what they got right was the water and ice coffee.
