Truly my last visit to this place was yesterday 9/9/15 no one greeted us when you walk through the door not even a hello.... just seat whatever you want..... took about 15 minutes to get the waitress to bring water to the table.... she offers toasted bread and forgot all about it. We order our appetizers and remind her of the bread.... that took 30 minutes for 3 tostones arreglados and 1 kids hamburger please...... after we asked for our appetizers and why was taking so long she never have the courtesy to ask if I want to order something else. The end.... You might as well go somewhere else where youre going to enjoy your meal and pay a little more for the service the you deserve. Two times bad service is enough for me.

Employees here are badly trained and and make mistakes on almost every cantina, as simple as not flipping the page to see the other cantina sheet in the back and my cantina was not delivered until I called, customer service and attention to details is nonexistent. I asked to speak to a manager and no one was available, I visited during the week to add more meals in the cantina and they said it is not possible to add meals to a cantina once initial order already placed. Please stay away from their cantina service. Employees seem to be disoriented and lacking knowledge of their computer system. If a manager read this please contact me, my phone number is in your system.

This place got my order wrong. When I went back to tell them their mistake they had the audacity to charge me for their mistake. I wanted bread pudding and they charge me for the bread. I went back and they charged me for the bread pudding and would not refund the bread charge. They didnt even apologize, I guess customer service is non-existent, also their Piccadillo was so very greasy and unappetizing. hopefully they close down and something better opens up as I am in walking distance to this place and I would much rather drive a few miles for quality Cuban food.

Came here for breakfast it was a good experience not bad, not great. Ambiance: it feels good theres music in the background but its not too loud. Cleanliness: not dirty by any means but also not the cleanest. My table had crumbs on it. Everything looks neat but it didnt feel like theyre putting too much effort. Food: scrambled eggs were not great. Lacking salt (idk if Im supposed to put salt on my own but I eat Cuban breakfast regularly and thats never been the case) maybe the chef forgot to put salt on mines. Very bland scrambled eggs. House potatoes look old.

I placed an order for delivery. After waiting 30 minutes my food comes but it was wrong. So I called and they fixed it but told me I would have to wait another 40 minutes. I was upset because it was my daughters food and seeing as it was an error on their behalf I shouldve gotten my food sooner. They ended up getting there 55 minutes later. The chicken was tough and tasteless. I had also ordered an Elena Ruth and it came with no strawberry jelly. Needless to say I will not be eating from there again.

We love Cubavana! We discovered here when we first moved close by and were looking for nearby restaurants; we were delighted to find a replacement for our sergios and casavana of old. It has become a regular favorite because of the proximity, but also the warm, attentive service and good, solid cuban fare. The cubavana special is a favorite for breakfast and you can not go wrong with the ropa vieja or boliche. Armin has become a favorite waitress, and she always remembers us.☺

Badly trained staff, the place looks sloppy, and when you taste the food you can tell its been made quickly and its really tasteless, and this wasnt only one time, but several times of me going there. It was better long time ago, I dont know what happened. Also all those 5 stars reviews, maybe not all but 80% of them, are very similar so I can tell that those are people told by the owner to make a good review, to trick new costumers.

Do yourself a favor and dont order online from this place! I place a order and 60 mins later when I called I couldnt get an answer about where my order was. We got disconnected and when I called back I was put straight to VM (I CALLED BACK 3 TIMES! EVERYTIME I WAS PUT TO VM) I still dont have my food and they still have money! Not happy with the service. Was really looking forward to trying your food.

I called to order take out, and the credit card machine was broken. So, I had to order via a third party source online where the food was more expensive, and the min. order was more. I was also charged delivery. THEN, the online order was wrong, and instead of the restaurant fixing it without charge and keeping me as a customer, they charged me for the new meal!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!

First time to Florida on 2/10/17 was looking for a resturant at 8pm and look what we found near where we were staying. Off the bat great customer service all questions answered. Portions were big and full filling. Again the food was amazing. I hope to travel back to florida soon and i will make sure to stop by again. Forgot to mention the maduros and tostones they were delicious.

These people are the worst not only is their food not at all good. They get the order wrong all the time. They even admit theyre drivers cant find addresses. All this and they just opened a year or two ago. We go to el campo or Latin America on 184 th these people really suck

this should not be called cuban food , horrible experience. take the trip to casavana on 152 st for a better experience. severly overpriced. shameful to have such a bad cuban cuisine location close to home . el rinconcito is even better than this place .

i got steak eggs and bacon--no grits or bread--they refilled my ice tea several times -as would be normal but then they charged for five ice teas they are serving it out of a gallon container ! --to me they dont have a clue -i wont be back anytime soon

Chusma News Central!!!! The food tasted terrible but even worse was the constant gossiping between the waitresses. The owner taking inventory and cursing. What a joke of a place. Never again. After eating at Versailles, no other Cuban place compares.

I love this place! The waitresses are super sweet, the food is good, the coffee is always spot on, and the music is upbeat but low enough You can still converse with the people at your table. A great little hole in the wall area.

only reason why i order from them its because they are the only ones that deliver to me. This last time took 2 hours to deliver. Their food is under seasoned and tastes like nothing and they have missed items on a few occasions.

I ordered my food at 11:11 and the food came at 1:21 saying they could not find the location. I had called three times describing the place, and they told me they tried calling me, but I never got a call..... WORST EXPERIENCE!
