I dont know what the problem is with the other reviewers, but I have had no issues with the woman who runs this place. She is always pleasant. Her english isnt very good, so maybe there was a language barrier. I have been going here for years. It isnt much of a place as far as sit down dining. However I love their food and get take out from them all the time. Best Chinese and sushi in the greater Springfield/Enfield area for sure. I have referred a number of people and they always love the food.

The food was ok, they even managed to not add celery (50% success rate), but when we asked for napkins for our take-out order, she acted as if I made some unreasonable request and went to the kitchen to come back with ONE tiny crumbled-up napkin that we apparently were supposed to share. When I took 2 paper napkins from the table next to the door on our way out, she yelled insults at me. Shes normally rude and nasty, but this was too much. The food is NOT good enough to repeat this experience!

This restaurant needs to have its staff go get some training. The service if horrible and unprofessional. Skys wife aka "The Dragon Lady" is mean, unappreciative of your service, and demands a tip to be paid on your credit card over the phone. The food is not great either. I found a piece of gum in my Thai Curry Chicken once too. The place is rumored to be an opium den also.

the woman on the phone is a nasty horrible person... the food is ok but i try to avoid ordering there at all costs... i work right nearby and used to frequent Pacifica but the rudeness of the staff keeps me away

Great food and amazing delivery. The service could have been a little better, and I understand why the lady is called that. However she is nice to me. I would recommend to anyone.
