I cannot believe this has been on my "to do" list for so long. I am literally mad at myself for enduring so much inferior fare, while Tosca was here all along. Julie was DELIGHTFUL - on point with recommendations, super attentive, and genuinely friendly. The risotto balls are a must try. The short ribs were fork tender and flavorful and the truffle mac n cheese was rich and delicious. The double cut pork chop was succulent. The apple tart and blueberry tart were amazing! Cant wait to come back!

My husband and I had a great meal at Tosca. The grilled Octopus and sea bass were super. My husband nearly licked the plate clean. I had the comfort food of short rib and mac and cheese. Not any mac and cheese . It had a a buttery/cheesy taste. My white russian cocktail was huge and they had my favoite wine (Cupcake). I was very surprised. Overall we will go again with friends next time.

On 09/09/15 I ordered 3 items to go: Carpaccio, Calamari and Pork Chop. When I got home I discovered Carpaccio was missing, Calamari was inedible (burnt), Pork chop was too dry. Chef Kevin Cousins promised to mail me a gift card as credit due to their mistake. I never received any credit or gift card. So, Mr. Cousins: Are you going to keep your promise? Total bill was 53.18+6.82 tip = $60.00

Best Rib Eye Steak I Ever Had. When I saw it was $45, I could only assume it was going to be an exceptional grass fed black Angus steak and it was. It was cooked perfectly medium. The mushroom, black garlic, balsamic demi glace was a perfect pairing sauce. The staff was fun and friendly and the draft beer selection was good.

We feel Toscas is by far one of the best restaurants in the area. They constantly serve exceptional, high quality food. From their drunken flank steak Caesar salad to their many pasta dishes, Toscas is always delightful. We always recommend them. When we dine out our first choice is always Toscas.

I have been four times and it has not disappointed. Everything has been delicious and does not disappoint. I feel like some of the prices are a little high and it is hard to find a startch that is not heavy. Otherwise I have been happy and will continue to go back and highly recommended.

What a (wonderful) difference since Chef Kevin Cousins took over the kitchen of that restaurant. The food is now at par with other fancy eateries in the area. Suffield is lucky to have Tosca, a nice place serving delicious food. Just go and you wont be disappointed.

OUTSTANDING. Four of us dined last Friday night at Tosca. EVERY item was outstanding. Chef Kevin was on top of his game. The service was terrific as well. Going back for more this coming weekend.

The new chef is no comparison to the prior chef Nick. The entire restaurant has gone downhill under the new management and staff. I was very disappointed.
