After a nearly 10 minutes (there is a clock behind the counter) of being ignored at the counter...and I mean the 5 or 6 people working wouldnt even make eye contact with me and I was leaning on the counter with a $20 in my hand. I asked if anyone was taking care of the counter, one person stepped up. I usually get two pieces and I ask them not to heat it up, how long does it take to put 2 pieces in a box? Then another person doesnt tell me what by bill is, goes to grab the money out of my hand, I commented to him, now youre going to rush ME? The owner (I think) was walking behind the counter and asks whats going on, so I tell him. Instead of an apology, he whines to me about how busy they are. Too busy to take care of the counter? There was only one table of three seated and no one waiting. The whole time I watched one person after another picking up their phone orders, but they couldnt take a minute to take my order? Now I know why...why no the place wasnt crowded on a Friday and why the phone was ringing off the hook.....the service is terrible. On another note, their delivery guy, regularly parks his beige Lincoln illegally impeding traffic.

Horrible customer service. Got yelled at for asking for garlic knots at 11am. He screamed and said it was too early to have them out. So why are they open if they dont have everything? Also, wiped his nasty ass hands all over the pizzas... $9 for TB nah, im good.

This is my favorite Sicilian pizza place in NYC! The crust is the right thickness and its crunchy! The portions are huge and great for feeding a large family for $20. They have great garlic knots as well. They are not greasy and a good amount of garlic and salt!

They used to have the best pizza around, but something changed there. Our lasts orders from them were terrible, at the point that my kids refused to eat and they are crazy about pizza. Service can be very bad at times, all depends.

Had a $6.75 chicken parm lunch special that came with 3 garlic knots and a small fountain soda. Great knots. Chicken was good although the sauce is a little on the acidic/salty side.

Whitepoint Pizza has great food! They Sicilian pizza is their best, however you cant go wrong with a regular slice or chicken roll from there! Their staff is also very nice!

Sicilian pizzas and pizza rolls are great here! they also try to make unique pizzas they sell by the slice. Their entrees are so-so. I have had better, Friendly guys there
