I love the Pizza here and the staff - they are always courteous and ready to serve you - whatever you need. I recently had a very long day of flying all the way from Western Canada and all I wanted to do was land, and get their White Pizza with Extra Cheese. My plane was late landing and I didnt call them until 5 minutes before they closed. I told them I wasnt sure what time they closed and was fine with not ordering, but they insisted on taking my order, and told me to take my time, and told me they were happy to wait. And when I got there, they reminded me never to feel bad for calling late. These guys are really trying hard with their service to their customers and it shows. I was very impressed with this, and they make the best Pizza and crust in this entire region - PERIOD.

Ordered a slice here after the extremely subpar pizza at the nearby Bacos Pizza.I waited about 15 minutes.I was happy with the size of the slice (unlike the tiny slice at Bacos).I bite into it and the cheese is thick and coagulated like it had been reheating the whole time I waited.It was very greasy and I was left with a bad taste in my mouth and thought if it was only made fresh Im sure it would have been up to par at least.Overall I give the slice I ate 2.5 stars and thats mostly due to the fact that they gave me a decent portion(which didnt matter since I didnt finish eating it on the count of all the grease.Slow and substandard pizza.

I ordered food from them for the first time recently. It was ok, but i have had better. I had my order delivered and they charged me $2.00 for delivery. I was not told of this on the phone and i asked to have a menu sent to me cause i told the person i didn"t have one and that this is the first time i am ordering from them. Well i got the menu and no where on it tells you that there is a $2.00 delivery charge. I think they should let people know of this up front. I still gave the delivery person a very good tip, this is not their fault and the delivery person claims they dont get any of the $2.00. Hum, i find that odd!!

Terrible the food is soggy so I have to order it extra crispy and I call at 11pm their open till 12pm they ignore the calls I called at least 5 times! The staff is rude and always rushing to hang up the phone, and I know some of them personally and they always are high on drugs no wonder the food is getting worse!! If this message is deleted again I will make it known all over fb and every other restaurant!! And spread the word to everyone I know and more! Use to be my Fav place to order never again will I , HIGHLY UNSATISFIED!!!

Delivery took almost an hour when I was told 20 minutes, food was wretched quesadilla was literally only chicken (and not an enjoyable chicken) with a tiny amount of some sort of odd tasting cheese, mozzarella sticks were more of a mozzarella wedge with soggy bread crumbs. Prices are reasonable, but the food is lacking. Hopefully it was just an off day, but I dont think I will be ordering again. On a nicer note the man who took my order was exceptionally pleasant.

My wife and I were on vacation recently in beautiful Enfield, Ct. We hail from Seattle though my wife was born and raised in Enfield. She told me this would be a great pizza and she was right. Pizza Palace in my opinion is absolutely the best pizza Ive ever had and Ive eaten alot of pizza in my time. In fact as I sit here writing this review Im wishing I could get a pie delivered 3000 miles haha. Great service, friendly staff, family owned not a corporation. Bravo!!!

Not much for their standard menu, but honest to goodness - its killer greek pizza. Sausage/pepperoni is cant miss and while the crust isnt really original, its your A-Typical greek pizza pie fare. Price bumped up a little bit and I really wish they had a larger delivery radius, but in terms of standard-issue greek pizza, theyre pretty good for the area and one of the better places in the area.

Horrible chicken Caesar salad. Non organic, slightly brown salad. Large salad is $13.00 and overpriced. Came in a plastic bag with no eat ware, one dressing, and no napkins. Completely horrible. Its better to go to grocery store and make your own. Never will order from them for anything again.

I order often from pizza palace. Latley the pizza crust has been burnt. I asked for xtra cheese on my salad i even pay the xtra for the cheese and it always has very little cheese. Until they can get my order the way i like it i dont think ill be eating here for a while

Service was awful, staff was inappropriate, we waited an hour for our food to be told it had been sitting out and it was our fault for not checking back and I ordered a turkey wrap and they gave me tuna. Worst experience I have ever had and will never be returning.

Pretty good greek style pizza. Def. a little greecy if youre pounding on the meat toppings, but the sauce is killer. Great place for standard fare greek pizza
