I have had the side spaghetti many times, in the past the cheese came on the side. This time it came with the cheese on it. I apologized for not asking for no cheese, but let him know I needed a new one since I have a dairy allergy. I also said sorry, its always been on the side. They replaced the spaghetti, however, I believe what happened is they washed off the sauce and put new sauce on. So there is still dairy on it. Now I am dealing with my allergenic reaction. Not for nothing but I had a hard days work, got out late and got stuck eating a dinner at 8p.m. BTW dont assume because I am white I dont speak any Spanish, I heard and understood what you said about me.

This place has been here as long as Ive been in town. Its cheap and efficient. Nice part about it is that they offer alot of different foods, so its not like a normal burger shop. Between the food and the hours it compares more to a diner then what you would think. It is a fast food joint though so theres a drive through and inside you order from a counter and take a number. For a place that has mostly kids running it, its not that bad. Easy in and out and plenty of parking. Also its in a good part of town. They dont have alot of fast food compitition though on 25 so its hard to compare it to anything else. While its not "to die for this is an acceptable establishment.

I went to the drive through around 12:30-12:40 pm and the food was slower than the money exchange. Normally it is allways worth the wait as I love a good couple of bacon-cheese dogs but, unfortunately, the dogs tasted like theyd been on a roller for a few days, the fries were cold, and somebody slipped something into my drink. When I got home I passed out on the floor, which isnt a common thing for a strong and healthy 22 yo man. In all my experiences travelling the country to race cars and party I would have expected this in the lower class parts of places like Ohio or Georgia, not at home base. 2 stars only because I love the franchise.

Pretty disappointed in this place. I work nearby and it took 20 minutes to get my food from the drive through. I ordered a burger with no bun and extra lettuce, they charged me for the lettuce while they saved money on the bun. Shouldnt that just be a trade off? Also they forgot mayo and ketchup, which should have automatically come on the burger but I reminded them anyway when I was ordering. Guess Ill pack lunches from now on

Their food is cooked to order, they use good products like Hummels hot dogs and food taste the same no matter witch Duchess you frequent. Problem is they lost their way from the early days like bacon on all their dogs...now its all about additional costs.

Takes forever to get thru the drive thru. Last time I grabbed a "fast" bite to eat, I had the wrong order given and didnt check til home. Waited for 22 minutes from order to food being brought to my car. Food was ok, and not cheap. Disappointed.

Well needless to say every Duchess should be cleaner and look less like a pissed stained version of White Castle on the inside but I guess thats just the price of a huge variety of decently prepared fast food compared to nasty ass McyDs.

Great compromise between fast food and restaurant food. The food is fresh and always of good quality, but you wont have the same wait times as if you went to a restaurant. One of my favorite places to eat when Im out.
