Ordered cupcakes for a family members jr. football team a day before . Originally when I called the young lady whom answered the phone stated I couldnt place an order for cupcakes because she just didnt know if she would have enough , made the excuse she was very busy .... to busy to put me on hold and simply ask management if they were able to make 30 cupcakes . . After telling her to do just that she came back to the phone and said they had enough , had I not told her to do that she wouldve just said I was SOL pretty much she asked me to describe exactly how I wanted the cupcakes to look I let her know I wanted them to be red frosting with red and black sprinkles all over for the theme of the football team colors when I got there not only were the cupcakes tipped over but there were no sprinkles at all on the cupcakes when I asked for sprinkles they said they couldnt help me how do you not have sprinkles at H-E-B never again will I go to this H-E-B for bakery worst backers ever . What is the point in asking somebody to describe how they would like their cupcakes made if youre not gonna do anything at all that was asked

I ordered my wedding cake from the bakery department over 5 months in advance and they didnt remember to make it. Do not order anything here. When I arrived the day before my wedding to pick it up, they didnt have it. First, they tried telling me that I never ordered it. When that didnt work, the woman I was talking to just vanished. I tried to talk to other people in the department but they were all ignoring me. The department manager, Tim, wouldnt respond to me or my husband. He was putting cookies into plastic containers and just looked up and said that he was busy right now and went back to ignoring is. My husband went to ask for the GM, and when he got there, Tim left the bakery area! As the department manager of a department that has forgotten to make a wedding cake, you should maybe try to help... Instead, he completely ignored is and then left when the GM came over. We got a refund, but I really just wanted the wedding cake I ordered. That isnt a lot to ask.

Not too good. Bad customer service at the quick checkout by the cashier. First, he gave me a bad bag which contained two bottles of Whataburger Spicy ketchup, and a jar of Clints picante sauce (glass jar). The bag was half torn. Also he placed a small foldable mailing box in same bag. (Overloaded)....?? What is this? Then typical from your cashiers, NO "Thank you, have a nice day!"....Actually, I am not a HEB shopper, I am a Wal-Mart shopper. I just got the above items for my son who is in the Navy on a ship in the Med. Wal-Mart does not stock the above. Please "train" your people with better customer service, bagging and being respectful to customers. At the Boeing Airplane company, those kind of people would be out the door in a NY second. Thank you.

Dont call or order anything in advanced. They have the worst service. Especially when you call ahead. I called ahead a day in advanced to order some boxes and when I came to pick them up they told me to come back in 20-30 mins then I callback after 15 mins to check up and they threw away my boxes after sending me to several departments who never picked up their phones. Them not picking up their phones isnt anything new either. Whenever you call with a question make sure you set aside enough time Ive been on hold for up to 15 mins bouncing from department to department with simple questions. These people have poor communication and customer service skills when youre not right there in their face.

I had HEB flavored water that tasted like turds at Christmas. I have had a lot of medicine filled at HEB that gave me a reaction. I was on insulin about three times a day which left me breathless. Have you put something in Isabel Sloanes medicine? I was very uncomfortable going to the grocery store before 2009. I think there was a lot of false memories while I was grocery shopping. I have been told a lot in the past that I should only shop clear across town to a store that is dirty with a lot of off brands like in the middle of the night. Why do you encourage this? Isabel Sloane has had many harsh summers in San Antonio and I am passing it on to you.

I am a long time resident of U.C I can rember when HEB was on Pat Booker. When the store more I was hopeful the new store would bring much need improvement. I was wrong! With the remodel I was hoping and yet disappointed again. No butch counter, The pharmacy along with the deli have poor performance at best. Never enough naggers I unpaid employee ever time I go! No trash cans in the parking so trash just blows around. And yet there always same to be a couple of manager types jut standing by around the cash registers just BSing. So after my disappointing experience yet again todayI will no long shop at HEb.

When we came to the neighborhood 2 years ago, we loved to shop here. However, the recent changes to this store is making me think twice. Not only is this the worst deli in any H E B I have seen but they recently removed the self check out stands. Yes lets add a little more payroll and subtract two working registers. There is a new housing development, new apartments on Kitty Hawk and our community is expanding 100 more units. Please make better choices in the future because you are not handling your customers needs now.

@ teresa alicea, holy christ lady its not the end of the world. Life has some big surprises in store for you if "no sprinkles on the cupcakes" got sand in your vag. Heres a thought, try being a good little mommy and put the phone down and you bake 2 1/2 dozen cupcakes. It isnt rocket science nor does it take a ridiculous amount of time to complete. So which is it.....are you stupid or just lazy? On a completely unrelated topic, the parking lot could use some trash cans, its starting to look like a walmart.

This store is just another example of HEBs Monopoly in San Antonio. Service sucks, the Deli has the worst Fried Chicken any where. Just dumping Tyson Fried Chicken in a fryer isnt cooking! Throughout my Military Career, all over the US, I have found Kroger has always been Customer oriented and has an excellent Deli, you can even eat there! Clean, never crowded. You would think HEB would try to improve, but they keep getting worse! And there commercials are just plain lies!

Just moved to Live Oak. Third time at this HEB and everytime I have to maneuver my way through dozens of staff members stocking shelves, boxes in every isle, not out of the way, and managers talking to employees or vendors in the middle of the isles and have to ask to move so I can get buy and do my shopping and get out of here. This is ridiculous and inconvenient and annoying and wastes my time even coming here.
