As a prior employee in this establishment (If youd call it that) I personally know that quality of the food is always the worry that you never quite know what youll get when you order. Orders are often handed out wrong through the Drive-Thru, Customers inside the store seem never to be a concern except when corporate is around. The lobby is kept never in a great condition, Back set of doors hardly close proper. Trash is often spewed on the floor (From lack of changing and sweeping) and the trays pile up it seems nobody goes to grab them. There is also a leak in the roof by the line where you stand, it has a nice white bucket (Eye-sore) sitting there often filled with over a inch of water and other debris. The new soda machine that were put into the store are hardly cleaned and that area often running out of lids or straws. The counter often consist of clutter, having multiple spills on it. All around I recommend not going to this store unless its during the day.

This Burger King in Torrington, does have awesome food its Burger King... The Supervisor who has worked at Burger King a long time should recieve a METAL OF MERIT for one the crew needs to work together to show an appearance of cleanliness, which this store clearly does not have.. This Supervisor asks numerous times dis I say numerous, none of the employees at this BK like to listen to her... Now my BK down south in Watertown you can eat off the floors, cieling, walls and windows.. This lady does alot but BK HQs needs to fire these employees and hire a whole new crew (watch their actions with the cameras!!)... People dont realize that a job J-O-B is a good thing.. Respect your working environment.. It does not cost alot to lift your fingers and KEEP THE RESTAURANT CLEAN!! ITS NOT THE MANAGER OR SUPERVISORS JOB TO DO IT!! J/S... WOULD OF ADDED MORE STARS BUT CLEANLINESS AND APPEARANCE IS PART OF RUNNING A RESTAURANT.. AND A MAJOR CHAIN RESTAURANT...

The last time I ate here, it tasted like the cooks put my french fries in the dirty water from the mop. I would recommend not eating here unless you are some sort of 5th dimension monster like that Erik Hoffstad guy. I mean after all he was the one that taught me to do this. Next time I eat here I want them to address me by the name of Gorblen of Gorblenia named after me, Gorblen. I really also hope that they realize that there was tons of hologram planes, all over the place that were built to destroy the Illuminati-Globalist-Shadowmaster-Alex Jones Clones HQ, but they miss fired and destroyed the secret Russian Base in Alaska. So next time the news tells you about Alaska, remember how this post makes literally no sense whatsoever. See ya!

Do not bring children here: second time Ive been here with bad things on the tv! This time there was a naked man on the tv, tied to a cross being whipped by a dominatrix. Shift manager was un apologetic, stating they have no control over what the network shows, that it is Fox61. I said its a family restaurant and she had the choice of what channels they have on, she just looked at me like I had two heads. I said news or sports would be a better choice than Fox61, I also explained that the last time I ate there a different woman went up and complained of exactly the same thing, with no results.

I cam to this Burger King to get a burger and drive home in my Mall Cop Car. I went inside of the Burger King and g]found out it was ran by a whole bunch of Burgers. I screamed and they pulled me into the back room and tried to turn me into a burger. I screamed "GoOd QuAiLtY foOd" and the head Burger went completely Wayne Gretzky and threw a frozen Burger At me. I tried to run out of the store but I had a brief Attack of the Heart when I saw french fries coming out of the back room dressed as Elephants. Then everything went black. 1/5 Living Burgers Gave Me a Heart Attack.

This Place Is Absolutely Disgusting, went inside to eat there were bugs flying everywhere. The floors were nasty trash all over tables had food on them and looked like they hadnt been cleaned in a week. The service sucks and the food tasted like used trash that had been sitting around for a month. Took 1 bite out of my hamburger while I swatted Flys off of my food. Do not eat at this place it should be knocked down.

The floors were disgusting, garbage all over including on the counter. The tables werent clean and a pair of used rubber gloves were sitting on the window ledge. The employees were rude and most ignored the customers. At least six or seven working one customer ahead of us and it was a fifteen minute wait just to place order.

I got to burger king and ratings popped up... I almost left but I said let me see for myself... Service was quick... The lady at the window was super nice asked if I needed ketchup ...no one really asked me that before... And the food was as delicious as burger king food could be... Loved it... Not sure why the bad reviews...

The service is so slow like molasses on a cold winters day. My god almighty dont be in a hurry when you get in line. The place is dirty so you might not want too eat inside. Check your order before you leave because its never right. If it wasnt for route 8,,,i think they would be out of business..good luck

People seem nice enough but the owner needs to hire a cleaning crew or implement a daily cleaning schedule. The renovations are nice but the place is disgustingly dirty. I did not order food.

My boys love eating at Burger King, they really like the burgers much better than the other place in town. Weve never had a real problem and its been fast efficient service.

Parking lot is poorly designed. Drive thru line was very, very long but it went quickly enough. Way too much mayo on my sandwich. Fries were a tad salty as well.

they are so slow in drive thru . the store before the construction was so dirty. also i am writing this while i am sitting in drive thru for more than 20 min now

Be careful going through the drive thru make sure you check your food they have a problem getting it right and when you get home you have unhappy kids
