Things to know about this location: The Dollar Cravings Menu is not a dollar, they are generally $1.39, as a tri state NYC area location tends to be higher. You will find all the usual items but the prices may be different than nationally advertised. Inside dining is very clean with a modern Taco Bell interior, as this location was opened within the last few years. There are well kept bathrooms kept in good condition without loitering people creating concern. The seating arrangements will allow for wheelchair use. The soft drinks have a fill your purchased cup format but are a limited number of taps that can get a bit busy during peak times. Service here is usually very good, meaning they cant control that lunch time will be very busy but they are efficient and rarely get an order wrong. I have found most of the employees very friendly, drive-thru and inside dining. Getting in and out can be a bit difficult, as the traffic on East Main Street demands fewer driveways to access, typical for the area.

This is the finest Mexican dining ever created by man. The atmosphere was eloquent and perfect for an impressionable date night. From the neon hue greeting your arrival to the gorgeously presented tissue wrapped cuisine displayed on a robust polymer platter you wont be disappointed in this five star experience...Take your significant other here and youll be in good graces for the foreseeable future. With an estimated 10s of customers flowing into this establishment every night planning ahead will be rewarded. By calling in advance to secure a reservation youll have the best experience in one of the window booths. Corner booths are divine and are rare unicorns at typically two per franchise location.

Ive been waiting to write a review for this Taco Bell. Ive been a fan of the chain for 30+ years, and this location - thank God its close to where I live - produces the best quality food of any TB Ive ever been to. Generous, consistent and balanced portions, once in awhile harried if not totally courteous service (great by fast food standards) including at the old location on High Street and almost always quick service. As a frequent traveler over many years Ive eaten at TBs in over half of the US states - it makes you appreciate this one. Ok, the eating area in the old restaurant wasnt always the cleanest, but in the new location I cant fault it. Gotta give 5 stars like the other reviews below.

Hate this taco bell. Constantly screw up orders. I order everything without tomatoes and they never listen. I think they make things ahead of time. Ordered a crunchwrap today for my son. It was soggy. Sent it back beacuse of tomatoes, new one was crunchy. Wait times are usually ridiculous as well. For the amount of money and time you spend here you could go to a real resturant.

Was very busy, but I decided to wait anyway. The staff was all very efficient and curtious given the obvious chaotic situation. Im glad that I decided to stay and wait. My food was repaired exactly how I asked for it and tasted great. The taco Bell on East main Street in Torrington will always have my business!!!

Decent food for what it is. However, the location of this restaurant is horrendous. If you value your life or vehicle, look at least four times before entering or exiting. I have already seen 4 accidents at this location. They might be getting more business than their previous location, but at what cost?

Long waiting for orders . Would be nice to see traditional white European management . Needs to employ more American workers instead of people here with h1b visas keeping paying wages down . Under staffed at peak hours . Forgot 3 items to packge . There is no way these people deserve $15 an hour .
