It is an awful experience dining at this restaurant, please do not make the mistake of inviting your friends and family to this place as I did unfortunately, if you value either - your money or your health ! The service was neglectful! I was over with my friends for the Wednesday buffet and we informed the server that they were out of samosas and if they could have some more over. The server blatantly replied - "COOK DOES NOT WANT TO MAKE ANYMORE !!!" . They refused to serve anymore. An elderly couple that came in later had to stare at the empty trays and make do with scrapings. I was a ruined evening altogether. The food is stale and salty. Id rather hit McDonalds any day than this money trap. Never going back there again, EVER !

My husband and I love Indian food so when we moved to our new house we knew wed have to find "our new place" and India Raj is it! The food is fabulous. We order from India Raj at least once a week and it is always the best! I LOVE the Chicken Malai which is chicken in a lovely creamy coconut ginger sauce. They even have a buffet on Wednesday nights that is very good (but dangerous if youre trying to weigh less than 300 pounds).

India Raj is my favorite dinner buffet in Monroe. I find the selection more to my liking. You can find a large variety of curries, appetizers and desserts with reasonable price. The food is always warm. Nice music collection and good service. My favorites are the Samosa, Pakoras, Tandoori chicken, Chicken Tikka Masala, Lamb curry, Mixed Vegetable Curry and chole sag. Highly recommend it!

The food and service are excellent. Pakoras and samosas are crispy, tasty and freshly made. The tandoor chicken is very good. Vegetable dishes are very good. The table settings and paintings are tastefully done. My family thinks India Raj has the best tasting food and service among all the Indian restaurants in the area.

We recently had dinner there and LOVED the palak matar and paneer makhni dish. Everything tasted so fresh and delicious! We also had them cater our event and everyone complimented on the food. One of the best Indian Restaurant in tri-state. Would recommend it for its great food, price and service.

We love India Raj! We have been customers for well over 7 years and still think they have some of the best Indian food in the area. We mostly do take out, but the restaurant is very sweet and run by super nice people. Our favorite dish is typically chicken korma with a side of naan.

Found this restaurant when taking a wrong turn. Food was GREAT. Service was quick and pleasant. chicken tills masala was perfect as far as spiciness..just right. Id go again if I was in that neck of the woods.

Food was semi decent. Service was bad - The owner ( I think) got a personal phone call and started talking pretty loud two tables from us. Pretty annoying. Also No alcohol service. Disappointed.

Buffet on Wednesdays is great especially with the lamb curry and hot Indian foods. If you prefer to go on other days prefer the north Indian style food(Naans and Palak).
