I went to this Taco Bell after work one night, I had pulled up and ordered about 8 dollars worth of food. When I arrived it was around 9:45 I guess, I got my food and left about 40 MINUTES LATER. I just dont get it, why does this taco bell take forever. And before you ask, no its not because it was busy, no there werent any specific problems going on in the store. This wasnt a one time thing. I just dont understand it, how and why does it take that long to serve people food? Even if they are making the food from scratch it wouldnt take that long to do it. It doesnt add up. Why are we sitting there for so long? Its not just an angry reaction, I actually want to know why this happens

Should know better to check the bag... I ordered a 7 layer burrito and nachos and never said TACO once during my conversation with the highly competent teenage girl. I somehow get a "nacho cheese" taco with no meat and a soft taco... I know youre called Taco Bell but the menu has burritos. Thanks for destroying my late night crave. I hope you fail your next math test...

Ordered 8:20. They had two people on drive through and one on dine in with a single person on register. I waited until 8:50 before I got my food. Definitely not the employees fault. But seriously staff your restaurant with enough people to meet demand. They were so swamped they couldnt clean by the end of the dinner rush the whole place was trashed.
